Recent Decor Finds

I just love buying things for my house so, we have another decor haul! I've already styled some of them during my Spring break and, I still have to figure out what to do or where to put the rest. Guess we'll have to make an updated post to share that. But for now, let's start with the haul!

The first two items are from a dollar-like store called Prichos, I have mentioned it before. You can find pretty nice things there sometimes for a very cheap price.

I actually need more frames, I have lots of things I still want to hang, I only got 2 this time but I'll start getting more soon to finally start decorating with those prints and drawings I have.

I actually regret not getting more of these, at least one more, they were gone last time I went. The quality is pretty good for the price I paid. I think a small plant or candle would be pretty cute there. Maybe in my bathroom? Idk yet.

Now we'll move on to some things I ordered from Temu~

I got sick of the blue heart shaped hanger thingy I used for my keys, it just didn't go well with the house anymore (at least for me), I wanted to get something like this for a while, especially because you can put some decor or things on it too.

This area is not done yet but I think changing the key hanger thing made a big difference. I also moved the frame a little bit to make it look more centered on that wall.

I wanted to get decent curtain tiebacks for the longest time now (I was using ribbon to tie them) and I love these! They are so magical! There's also the silver version and I think I might get them later too. The thing is, I don't think they go that well with my current curtains. That's something I want to change in the future even tho it is not a priority atm.

This is not a decor item but, it came in the same Temu package so, I just included it here. Cat lady needs a cat wine stopper for her drinks. No more words needed.

It looks super cute when it's on the bottle!

The pic doesn't show it that well but, this table runner has a very pretty sakura print. I love everything sakura so, this will be on my table not only during spring time. I just think I bought it way to big for my table... hehe.

The last thing I got from Temu was this basket for my babies' toys. I wanted to check the size and quality before buying a second one so I can keep part of their toys in different places in the house.

And these last things were from a world fair I went to last month. I got them at the Japan stand.

This one is pretty self explanatory. I thought they were pretty cute, I got one for my mom and sister too.

This one has to be one of my favorite things ever! A manekineko fabric banner, my idea is to hang it (or part of it cuz it's suuuuper long) in the kitchen. Will it make look like a festival? Maybe, but I don't really care, haha.

And, that is it for this haul. Honestly? I didn't work on everything I was planning to do during my break but I'll defo update some things as they get done. I feel like I never finish decorating my house... haha. But I always have so much fun with it so, it's ok.

See you next time~!💋

Collective House Decor Haul ✨

Defo not my best pic ever, lol

I've been collecting some random house decor for a couple of months now and, for whatever reason, I just can't seem to put the post together until now. I'd usually try to focus on sharing things for a specific part of the house but lately, I have been working and getting things for different parts of the house so, guess you'll see a bit of everything here.
I'll start with some things I've gotten and also share some things I've received as gifts. So, let's do this!

I got this Zodiac Constellation frame back in December. I got one for my mom and sister as Yule pressies. I thought it was a very original and personal gift to give.
Of course I got my Gemini with Aventurine stones. This quartz is known as the "Stone of Opportunity" and it's believed to attract good luck, prosperity, and inner peace. It's super pretty, I ended up displaying it on my living room.

This is one of my favorites atm, hehe. It's a tiny pyrite bat I randomly got from one of those flash sales on Temu. It was super cheap and adorable! How could I resist?

These two ended up together on a shelf in my living room along with some other witchy, magical things.

This is another random thing from Temu. An acrylic hanging thingy that was described as a "suncatcher". Honestly, I wasn't expecting it to be super good quality because of the price. I mostly got it cuz it's super cute and one of the cats looks like Michee.

If you look at it from afar, it looks cute and not cheap. Haha. I hung it on my kitchen window, along with the dried oranges garland I made.

This one might not be a very exciting thing but, it took me forever to get it so, I'm very happy to have it now. After some years, I finally bought a frame for my Yayoi Kusama poster. It is a plastic, golden frame with some subtle black details on it. I especially love this poster because it's a pumpkin and you all know how much I love Fall and pumpkins.

And now, let's move to the pressies! If there is something I love, is receiving things for my house.

This one is extra special. My sister gave me this quartz my dad got for her many, many years ago. It was something she kept for a long time but she told me she wanted me to have it. I honestly don't know what kind of quartz it is, but it's really pretty and meaningful.

First I had it in my room but, I decided to move it to the living room for now, since my room still needs a lot of love and work. Hehe.

Earlier this year my mom gave me this cat mini pot (at least it said it was a pot). It is super cute and, you know I'm a cat lady so, yeah. It's perfect.

Instead of using it as a pot, it holds some of my teaspoons on my coffee station.

An, that'll be the end of this haul. I've already gotten a few more things and have others coming in the mail so, I'm sure I'll share another house haul soon.

See you next time~! 💋

Toyo Foods Haul

We have a bit of a different haul today, a food haul! Not really a groceries one, just some fun things I got from Toyo Foods, which is a store that sells Asian food, snacks, drinks, ingredients, etc. I love Asian food and I want to start making more dishes this year so, I'm sure I'll be going back to get more things.

I enjoy grocery hauls from other people so, I thought I'd make my own, haha. Haven't tried everything yet, that's why I'm not going to get into much detail on some of these things. I also bought some gummies but I gave it to my mom and my sister before taking a pic of them. My sister algo bought a few things and we shared, I'm including those here too.

I got a bag of DayLee Pride Chicken Gyoza. I just love gyoza! Plus they are super helpful whenever I don't have time to make something and, they are great in ramen. I haven't tried this brand yet, I usually buy the Bibigo ones but, I'm excited to try new brands.

Calpi Sui. Which is basically a calpis drink. I got the 500ml presentation, but they had a bigger one too. I like calpis but I bought it becuse I want to try some cocktails I've seen that include it.

I cannot live without my coffee and yes, I do drink instant coffee too. I got this Nescafé Excella to have some iced coffee at noon when I feel like I need an extra caffeine boost. It's actually pretty strong and, pretty good.

I've been meaning to buy some curry and, this was my chance. I bought two, haven't tried any of them before. I think I've only had curry twice in my life. I bought 2 different ones: House Foods Curry-ya and S&B Golden Curry Sauce with Vegetables. They are both instant curry sauce, that way I can just make the rice and the meat, chicken or whatever I'll have them with. One day I'll learn how to properly make it, hehe.

My sister got me this watermelon Cantabile Korean Pouch Drink. I've seen them around but it'll be my first time trying it. Apparently it is super sweet so I think I'll add some sparkling water or something whenever I try it. I noticed they also have coffee, I might get some next time. They just look like a lot of fun to drink!

I also got some instant ramen and yakisoba by Sunahoshi. Cuz instant noodles are a must in this house.

I love to eat these Kasugai roasted green peas, the normal ones tho, I hate the wasabi version.

VICPIE (Victory Pie) My sister bought a box of these cookies/pies and shared some with us to try. They are thin chocolate pies filled with strawberry jam. Not too sweet but, really good. The box came with many individual pies.

Kewpie Mayo, I just love Kewpie, hehe.

A box of Choco Pie that I shared with my mom and sister.

And well, these are not from Toyo Foods, I found them in a supermarket we went to later on that same day so, I included it here cuz it was my first time seeing them and buying them. I got some kumquat! I had no idea how to eat them and stuff but, they are so cute, sour and fun. I saw you can make some jam with them, dunno if I'll try that, I think some of them are not ready to be eaten yet.

And, that is it for this beautiful, food haul. Haha. Let me know if you'll like to see more hauls like this in the future with more Asian yummies or just fun things I randomly find when I go grocery shopping. I love food and I'm always looking for new stuff so, I'm always happy to share those around here.

See you next time~!💋

Pressies From Canada🍁

Last week my aunt and uncle came to visit, they usually come for vacations during the cold Canada winter and, we had the chance to spend some time with them before they returned. We have met around the same time for 2 years straight, I hope it becomes a family tradition. It's really nice to catch up, laugh and, of course, eat a lot and drink together hehe.

We had a great time. Mom got reunited with her aunt and uncle she hadn't seen in a long time too. They were all very happy to see each other.

They didn't have to but, they brought some pressies with them and, you all know I love making these posts. So, I'm gonna show you what I received, starting with the clothes.

This pieces are from the Cardinal Golf Complex, they are sporty clothes, super comfortable and have great quality, I already have a beanie my uncle gave me last year, it's great for the Winter time!

Excuse if my descriptions aren't all great, I know nothing about sports wear, hehe.

First we have a gray (looks too light on the pic tho) golf sweatshirt from TRIMARK, I already wore this one and it is the best! It is not thick at all, yet it keeps you warm without been too hot. I like the zipper detail on the front. And, of course, it has the Golf complex's logo.

Next, is a red and gray jacket from ELEVATE, that even tho is not a rain jacket, it is waterproof. It's perfect because I don't own many jackets, I usually don't like them because most of them are really big and make me feel like a big, furry bear and find them uncomfortable to move around. This one is light and thin but, it gives you good coverage.

The last piece of clothing is this black sports jacket, super comfy and breathable. This one is a collab with Adidas and has the Golf Complex's logo on the back.

And now, we're gonna move on to bags.

Starting with the most special ones because they were both made by my aunt.

I had no idea my aunt could make this, but she made a different bag for me, my mom and my sister. Different styles and colors.

I love mine! I feel like it's something Nana Komatsu would have, hehe. The bag is pretty girly and the pearl charm makes it super cute! And the fact that was handmade and no one else can have the same bag, is pretty cool.

This one made my mom cry. My aunt used a sweater that belonged to grandma and made small coin purses for the girls in the family (she made one for my cousin too). It was the sweetest, most meaningful gift. Is defo something I will always carry with me in my bag.♡

The other bag I received is this adorable cats, knitted, beige tote bag from Maple Moose. They said they thought it'd be perfect for my laptop and, it actually is! It's fits perfectly but, I think it could make a good bag in general since it's strong and can carry a lot in it. Plus, we all know I am a cat lover.

And with that, I'll end this pressies haul. I've been really enjoying everything. And just the thought behind all these things makes everything extra special.
I hope we can reunite again soo, it's always so much fun!

See you next time~!💋

Collective Clothing Haul

Today we have a mini clothing haul for a change. I realized I haven't worn some of these pieces yet so, making this post would help me remember I have them and, hopefully, wear them soon.
The clothes won't be in any particular order, I'll just separate them in 2 parts, gifts and things I bought.
I clearly didn't take the time to iron any of them before taking the pics, light isn't the best and it might change from pic to pic. Just saying. I suck at taking clothes pics.

With that being said, let's start with the gifts.

My mom gave me this black dress with a very cute cherry print by ONLY,which is a European brand. I believe the line is called Only Edge Luxury and it is a super thick, knitted dress. It is even heavy (not in a bad way) so it's perfect for the colder seasons. I love the details on the puffy sleeves and the very subtle shimmer it has (that doesn't really show in the picture). It is super comfortable to wear and it think you can make it as fancy or as casual as you want with different accessories and shoes.

I included a closer look at the cherries hoping you could see the shimmery thing but, it's not really showing.

This black dress was algo a gift from my mom. It is lighter than the previous one so, I haven't really found a chance to wear this one since it's been a pretty cold winter so far. I think the dress is pretty, just not my style really. I still wanna wear it and give it a chance before deciding if I love it on me or not.

Lastly we have this black and white coat that was a hand-me-down from my mom. I love coats, I wear them a lot during the colder months. They are just cozy and comfy. This one is thick but still pretty lightweight and easy to match.

Now, we'll move on to the few pieces I've bought.

I'll start with my favorite, my Dracula hoodie. This one is from Cuidado con el Perro. I remember seeing it online back in October, I think it was part of the pieces they had for Halloween, I just never saw it in stores. Earlier this month I found it with 50% off and, I couldn't resist.

It is an official Universal Monsters hoodie, I don't know if they had the other monsters too tho. The back of it is my fav. It is super warm and comfy.

This blouse is from Mina Sabina and is a little bit out of my comfort zone but I still really like it. It looks kinda gray here but, it is actually black with a silverish, sparkly touch. I was planning to wear it during the holidays but, everyone wanted to have pj's/comfy clothes kind of reunions so, I still havent found a moment to wear it.

Lastly, we have this black and red polka dots midi skirt from Vero Moda. I rarely wear red, it's not my fav color but there was something about this skirt that made me wanna buy it. Plus, it was very, very cheap. It's really light and flowy, so I haven't worn it yet, it's too cold still!

And, there you have it guys, my collective clothing haul. I love clothes, I just dunno why I don't buy as many anymore. I want to try and make more OOTD posts around here cuz I feel like my style has changed a little in the last few years. We'll see what happens.

I'll see you next time~!💋
