| CAMALEON Magic Colourstick |

Hi dollies!
Today I'm gonna show you a lip product that has been one of my favorites for over a month now, it is the CAMALEON Magic Colourstick. I remember seeing it weeks before coming back from Spain, I saw the swatches and all but for whatever reason I never went back to get it but, mom got if for me when she came back.

This product was made in Spain by Lab Cosmetica Armonía and, as it says, it's one of those magic lip crayons that change color when it touches the lips. The one I have is in "Amarillo", and it turns into a bright pink. They have other 3 colors and I remember all of them were really pretty!

It claims to be a long lasting lipstick with an intense color. It contains Aloe Vera, Rosehip and Cocoa Butter.

I'll start with the packaging as usual. It looks very clean and simple, box and product have the same colors: Black and white. It is a thick twist up pencil so, there's no need to use a sharpener or other tools to get more product. It also comes with a transparent lid.

The yellow looks a bit pearl-ish but once you apply it, it doesn't show pearl-ish at all. It has a creamy texture, and it is very pigmented. As it says, it is very long lasting and moisturizing.
I've had it on a whole day, with food and drinks in between and even tho it doesn't stay perfect all day, you can see the color is still there.
WARNING: It is really hard to remove tho. Sometimes you can still see the color the next day even after using makeup remover.

It doesn't have a strong scent. I don't really know how to describe it but, it is not annoying in any way.

What else can I say? It is a great product! I'd get the rest of the crayons if I could. Definitely recommend it if you have the chance to get it. It is fun to use in a way and it's great not having to worry about touch-ups during the day.

☕ Life Update September - October 2018: Mom is back & 31 Days of Halloween

Two more months and it'll be 2019!

Sad to say goodbye to my beloved October but at the same time I'm relieved! So many things going!

I remember back in September I was still adjusting to be a full time teacher, I had so much stress and a hard time dealing with some groups. Luckily, that has been slowly changing as time goes by~ guess it is time for another Teacher chit chat soon.
We had our first big event celebrating Independence Day with the parents and the other grades. It was fun but since it was at night, I was exhausted!

Fall finally arrived, my favorite! I've seen prettier Falls like when I was back in Spain, but I still aprreciate it here. Hehe.
I take Fall seriously. We even had a pumpkin/fall little BuJo reunion to plan October. You know...hot drinks, snacks, fun talks and pumpkins everywhere.
Later that month, I went to another BuJo workshop with my friend Ceci. It was a lot of fun!

Around mid September my mom came back from Spain! So happy to have her back for good. I feel like we've been a lot more closer since she came back and, I'm happy about that.

I kinda feel like Sept & Oct were very stressful months... I didn't even have time (or energy) to put up my every-year Halloween decoration. Yup, I know... it's weird. Cuz I usually start October with a full decorated room and always go crazy with the shopping.
I feel like my priorities changed without me planning it or noticing. Sad, adulting sometimes sucks.
I still tried to have my #31DaysOfHalloween adding something Halloween realted to my everyday. Even if it was something really small, themed food, shopping, movies, etc.
It wasn't as big as oher years but, I won't complain, I had fun.

Speaking of Halloween, I hope you had a fun one! What did you guys do? I had a pretty chilled one, no costumes this year. It was more about eating, watching Hocus Pocus and having a gift exchange with friends over Halloween drinks.

I feel like I did a lot these months but it was mostly work related so this life update doesn't have much~
Next two months will be busy for everyone so, we'll have another catch up soon!

Until next time spooks!!

October Favorites 2018: Beauty, TV & Accessories.

It's sad to see how this month went by so fast! It was a very busy one as well~

Hello spooks! It's time for another favorites post. I'm excited to share them because I feel like I have more this time so, let's do this!

❥ BEAUTY

Part of the things mom brought from Spain was this Camaleon Magic Colourstick. I won't go into deets here because I'm planning to blog about it separately but, it's pretty much one of those "magic lipsticks" that change color once it touches the lips. I've been using it since mid-september and I absolutely love it! The color goes from yellow to a beautiful, bright pink, it's hydrating and super duper long lasting.

Another lip product that I've been loving lately is the My Colors lips gloss in #08. I found this in a random store but I thought the color (and packaging) were cute. It kinda reminds me of the TonyMoly Cats Wink line. Even tho it says it has a shine effect, the finish is pretty matte to me. Funny thing is, it doesn't dry my lips as much as other matte lippies do. This one is very long lasting as well.

And lastly, this month I decided to try press on nails for a change. I always have a hard time growing my nails and also mantaining them so, why not?
I found the imPress Press On Manicure which had the perfect lenght for me to feel comfortable and they had a big variety with pretty designs. From gel type finish to mattes and some of them even had cute gems.
The ones I got are "So, so stellar" and they are basically pink nails with a hint of glitter.
I love them because they look super natural, are very comfotable and lasted for a week looking nice. The package comes with 30 nails. I'll defo try more in the future!!

❥ TV

I'm the kind of girl who loves to watch horror but also crime stuff, stalker movies, murder cases... so, my friend Lu told me about this show on Netflix called "Nurses who Kill", which is pretty good, but then I found another one called "Stalkers who kill" which is even better. It's pretty much like a documentary with actors showing the story behind the stalker and the victim. But also experts talking about the case.
I'm done with the episodes they have. I'm waiting for more.
If you like these type of shows, defo check it out.

❥ YUMMIES

Starbuck's Pumpkin Spice Latte can't be out of this list. You guys know how much I love it and, it is a must during this season. Enough said.

❥ ACCESSORIES

These were also a gift from my mom, and I've been using them so much. They are just so comfortable and pretty~ These Oxford kind of shoes are from Primark. I have them in navy blue and burgundy. They go well with so many things. I like to call them my "witch shoes" because of how ponty they are, hehe.

And that is it for this month, feel free to share some of your favs down below!!
Until next time!

STORY TIME: My Paranormal Experience 👻

Hello there spooks!

So, it's halloween season and I feel like it's a perfect time to talk about horror stories, ghost and paranormal stuff.
I consider myself someone who really believes in ghosts, spirits and energies. I'd love to go explore a haunted place and I enjoy listening to others' paranormal experiences.
I wouldn't say I've had way too many of these experiences other than hearing noises or voices every now then then. Especially when I was little. I truly believe there was something in the house we used to live in. My sister and I would hear noises when we were alone and I remember seeing the kitchen lights turning on and off one night when no one was there.

But, the thing I wanna share with you guys is something I still remember clearly, I'm not sure how old I was tho, around 6, maybe?
I remember I used to see this guy, he was tall and had dark skin. He was wearing worn out, ripped jeans and a red plaid shirt. I never really talked to him, and he never talked to me but he was there, randomly staring a us (me and my sister) when we were playing and stuff; he did smile every now and then.
I don't remember being afraid... or calm! To me it was just a random guy who sometimes was in the house, and sometimes outside of it. I don't remember when I stopped seeing him, maybe it was once we moved out~ Idk.

Years later talking about all the noises we used to hear in that house, this guy came to the conversation and well, there was never a guy like that living or working there and, from the way I described him, my sister used to see that same guy too! And, as it happened with me, they never talked to each other. It was a little creepy hearing that because that meant it wasn't part of my imagination. I don't know why we never mention anything before~

Then I learned that many, maaaany years ago, there was a cemetery where that house was built so... ghost maybe?

There you have it, my short and probably biggest paranormal experience (If I can call it that). If you have any experience or story to share, feel free to leave it in the comments. I'd love to read!!

Pumpkin Eyeshadow Palette | First impression |

So! Not long ago, I saw that Wet n Wild came out with a Halloween collection (besides the Fantasy makers one). This one was not only for costumes, you could actually use it for an everyday look. I was super excited when I got a message from one of the beauty consultants telling me they had it. So, of course I rushed to see what they got and... it was only the Fantasy makers line~ to be honest, I was very disappointed. Not only I wanted to get some products to try (and blog about) but, I also wanted to get some for my friends as Halloween pressies. I ended up buying other non-halloween related things but, that's for another blog.

Looking around, I found this Pumpkin Eyeshadow Palette. I'm pretty sure there must be something similar out there from another brand. Anyway, I had the idea to get halloween makeup and this seemed good enough so, I got it.
The brand is called Yachan Cosmetics, which souds Chinese to me.

Here's a quick first impression because, I haven't had the chance to test it properly.
I'm gonna start with the packaging because that was the first thing that caught my eye. Even tho it doesn't look too expensive it is pretty cute and Fall-ish. It has 4 pumpkins on the cover with black and gold deets. It has a magnetinc closure which I find great.

Once you open the palette you find 8 different eyeshadows, their names and a mirror. I like the fact that it doesn't come with an applicator because I'm pretty loyal to my own brushes so, I don't use them.
The colors are mostly warm, earthy colors. Those are usually the colors I reach for the most. It comes with 7 mattes and 2 shimmers.
Pigmentation wise they are good, especially the shimmers!

Let's move on to the swatches!

All in all, I like it! I feel it's something that, even tho it looks halloweenish, you can actually use it all year long.

Maybe I didn't get my Wet n Wild Halloween makeup but, I did find something appropriate for the season.

Tasting Halloween (And fall) food 💀🍂

Hello Spooks! October is here and as some of you already know, it is my fav month of the year! Halloween is finally everywhere. I usually try to live and breathe Halloween as much as I can but this year, I feel like I'm a lot busier so I haven't been able to plan much.
Anyways, I still wanted to share a few halloween related things around here. I've been trying to find some seasonal snacks. It's a little sad to say I haven't been that lucky. It's not that easy to find stuff besides candy~
Here are some of the Halloween (and why not, Fall) foods and snacks I've had so far:

💀 Krispy Skremes. It's well known that Krispy Kreme has themed donuts every season. Halloween is never an exception. It is one thing I have to try every year. For some reason, they decided to go for Sesame Street this year. Yup, I'm not too sure why. Even tho they are really cute and all, I have to say I was a little disappointed. I chose Count Von Count because well, it's a vampire. I believe it was blueberries.

💀 Halloween Rice Krispies. I've been asked What's halloween about them? Not much, to be honest. Only the packaging and some purple and orange sprinkles. But, they are fun to eat during this season.

💀 Punguinos Halloween. Pinguinos are pretty much the same as the Hostess Cup Cakes. Last year they came out with a Zombie version (which was green and orange) and this year we have a purple one. They taste the same, the only differences are the colors, packaging and size. This are slightly smaller.

🍂 Starbucks Pumpkin Latte. This is a every year tradition for me. As soon as Fall is here, I'll drink the pumpkin Latte non-stop. In a way, everything pumpkin feels like Halloween to me so, yeah. I'm always looking forward to have this drink. It's a classic!

That's all I have for now. I'm not including chocolate because that's kinda common. Let me know if there's something else out there I could try. Hopefully I'll make a second post on this.

September Favorites 2018: Makeup, yummies & K-Drama

Super excited because Fall is here... which pretty much means Halloween season to me!

Hello lovielies! How you've been? I know I skipped last month's favorites and, as much as wanted to do it every month , I felt like I had nothing too good to share and it wouldn't be fair to do a favs post just for the sake of sharing something every month.
But I'm finally back with some favs for this month so, let's get into this!

❥ MAKEUP

I recently started using the ELF Flawless Finish Foundation again after so long. I love it because it has great, great coverage, is very long lasting and it gives you skin a natural dewy look. It's oil free and it has SPF 15. The shade I'm using is "Porcelain"
I stopped using it because I couldn't find it anymore but, I'm very happy to see they have it back in stores!

The next product is a nail polish that my friend Ceci gave me. It's the Morgan Taylor Professional Nail Lacquer in "Potts of tea"
It is a really pretty soft pastel blue with a slight frosted finish and tiny chunks of glitter. It is super long lasting too.

❥ YUMMIES

These past few months I've been obsessing with two goodies from Philadelphia cheese. The Jalapeño and Chipotle cream cheese. Considering I am not a fan of chipotle and I've been loving them, you can imagine how good they are.

And you know, it's fall so it's Pumpkin latte season, it can be missed in this post. Starbucks and its seasonal food always make it to my favs. Also the super adorbs reusable cup of the season. In love!

❥ SHOWS

Lately I've been watching a Korean drama called "Because this is my first life".
I'm a big Jung So Min fan and her dramas never disappoint me. At first I wasn't too impressed with her fashion but, as usual, I ended up loving it. Not only hers, but also the rest of the main characters. It's a fun drama to watch with many relatable life situations. Especially when you are around the same age as the characters and you're trying to figure life out. Defo recommend it.

And this is it for my September favs, I know it's not a big list but I'm sure I'll have a lot more to show next month because yeah, Halloween! Bwahaha.
