This tea is caffeine free and includes lavender, chamomile, lemon balm and organic honey. |
But I have to admit that after trying this particular one, I believe tea can be a big help. The one I've been drinking is the Honey Lavender Stress Relief tea, which sounds like a very floral taste but it is actually pretty good. (I'm not a fan of flowery tastes) It's a mix of floral, slightly sweet and citric taste. Of course I like to sweeten it with some sugar, maybe honey would be even better... idk.
The box comes with 16 tea bags. |
This tea line, and the brand in general seem to be very focused on health, relaxation, yoga (hence the name, I believe) and meditation. And from what I saw, all their products are organic.
I don't drink it everyday tho, only when I feel stressed or when I can't seem to fall asleep even if I'm tired. I like to have a cup in the evening, before the night routine and I swear I have a really good sleep.
Now that is so hot over here, I've had it as an iced tea too!
I've been loving metal straws. |
Something I really liked about it is that each tea bag comes with a different motivational, nice quote that gives an extra something to the drinking experience.
From what I've seen, they have a big variety of tea and even cold drinks! Which I'd love to try one day.
Here is their website if you want to check their tea and flavors, depending on what you're looking for. Yogi Tea.
They also have a blog with some organic recipes.
I haven’t any word to appreciate this post. Really I am impressed from this post. The person who create this post it was a great human. Thanks for shared this with us.
