๐ŸŒธ MINISO Sakura Water Bright Cleansing Balm ๐ŸŒธ

Hi sweets!
I want to show you the latest addition to my skincare routine, it is a product I was really looking forward to try for some time now and, now that I finally did, I think it was worth it.

Spring means it's Sakura season in Japan and Korea and it also means it's my chance to find some sakura related stuff because well... I'm obsessed~

But yeah, this product is the MINISO Sakura Water Bright Cleansing Balm that, as it says, it's a cleanser that can also remove makeup. I've it been using it for about two weeks now and I really like it.

Let's get into it!

As usual, I'm gonna start with the packaging which was the first thing that caught my eye. Everything is pink! Even tho it's cute, it still looks pretty simple and clean.
We have a beautiful pink pot with 100ml of product. It is, again, very simple but cute with a sakura print detail on the lid. Love it!

It also comes with a spatula, which I appreciate. It makes the whole application process a lot cleaner.

Moving on to the product, it says it is a refreshing sakura cleansing balm that gently removes skin impurities and controls oil.

The texture looks a little waxy and thick at first but it melts as soon as it makes contact with your skin, becoming very creamy and easy to work with. It has a very soft flowery scent that I find very
relaxing.

How to use:
1. Put appropriate amount on hand and gently wipe to remove makeup and skin wastes.
2. Gently rinse off with warm water to hold moisture in your skin.

I use 1 full scoop of product and gently massage my face with it, as I massage, I can see the makeup coming off. It does take a while to remove waterproof makeup so I'd suggest taking your sweet time but, it gets there eventually.
Once I rinse it off, I find my skin makeup free and really soft without any greasy or sticky feeling.

My makeup by the end of the day

makeup melts with the balm

clean, fresh no makeup face after using the balm

If I had to rate it I'd give it a 4/5 ๐ŸŒธ๐ŸŒธ๐ŸŒธ๐ŸŒธ just because I admit using micellar water removes my makeup faster. But other than that, I like it. It is gentle to my skin, it didn't cause any reaction and... it does the job!
Add to that how pretty it is.

Would I buy it again?
Totes. It is true that Miniso has its hits and misses but this one is defo worth trying.

๐Ÿ’• | February Favorites 2019 | Yummies, beauty & car accessories!

Hi loves and goodbye February! This month always feels too short.
Compared to last month, I don't have those many things to share this month but still, we're gonna talk about the few I've been loving lately.
Ready?

๐Ÿ’• Yummies

I recieven the Russel Stover Sugar Free Chocolate Candy as a part of my Valentine's day gifts from my mom. Choco mint has to be one of my favorite mixes ever and these, even tho they were sugar free, where not an exception. They were (because yeah, I ate them all) smooth mint patties in dark chocolate. Absolutely yummy. They came in separate small batches which was nice. What else can I say? I loved them!

๐Ÿ’• Beauty

Hada Labo Tokyo Skin Plumping Gel I won't get too into this particular one because there's a separate post dedicated to it (here!). But I gotta say I highly recommend it because, I'm impressed with how good it worked with my skin, how gentle it is and how it got to see results in such a short time. Defo a must try.

Elegant Touch London French Pink 103 Nails Since I don't usually have nice looking nails, I sometimes get some help from press on nails or nails with glue. I found these at walmart and they were slightly cheaper that the ones I usually get. I loved how they looked and feel but the glue wasn't as strong as the press on ones. I lost one or two every now and then but still think they were really pretty and made my nails look nice for a while.

๐Ÿ’• Car & Accessories

So! First of all, I never thought I'd actually share something car related in here~ I'm not a big car fan so, yeah. But, I recently became a car mom, I bought my first car ever and I'm very happy about it. It's not a brand new car but I love it and it makes me happy. It's like my first big investment and it makes me feel like a "responsible adult" in a way. (especially because everything I have to pay now...hehehe)
It's a red Neon, smaller than the van I used to drive and I've been slowly personalizing it.

That takes me to the second favorite here, my Cherries Steering Wheel Cover I recieved as a gift from my dad. He loves cars so, I'm sure he's happy to share those things with me now. It is super cute, it matches the car's colors and it came with two seat belts covers too.
Plus, it makes it look more girly.

That's it for this month guys! Feel free to chare with me your latest favorites!

Until next time~

| Hada Labo Tokyo Skin Plumping Gel Cream |

Hi dollies!

Today I wanna share a product that I've been loving lately because of how well it's been working for me. I can honestly say that after using it for a couple of weeks, I've seen a big change on my skin.

This Winter had super duper cold days which caused my skin to get really dry. And when I say dry, I mean DRY! No matter how many sheet masks I used during the week it was still dry. I even tried changing my cleanser because I thought it was making it worse (and maybe it was...) until I found this gel cream. It is the Hada Labo Tokyo Skin Plumping Gel Cream. I remember one of my aunts mentioned something about this brand long time ago but I couldn't find it until now. It is well known that Japanese women have beautiful skin so, I had to try!

Before I get to the cream, let's talk about the brand a little. Hada Labo is a Japanese brand under the concept of  "Perfect and simple". It promises highly effective skin care without using unnecessary ingredients. According to their website is Japan's #1 selling skin care line and their products are made for every skin type. They also say they work with Super Hyaluronic Acid which seems to be an ingredient only they have. I'll leave the link to their website here in case you wanna check it out.

Let's move on to the gel cream which seems to be a best seller. I usually start with packaging but, there's not much to say about it, it is pretty simple and clean. It's nice tho.

This gel cream combines a serum with the hydration of a moisturizer. It says it has a high concentration of Super Hyaluronic Acid. It claims to give your skin a rich, long-lasting moisture helping to plump fine lines and wrinkles.

The formula is, as expected, a gel one. It's transparent and it doesn't have any scent to it. It feels very refreshing when you apply it and it absorbs quickly giving you a healthy and soft skin almost right away. It does give you a very dwey look even after applying makeup. I'm actually happy with that finish but, is something to keep in mind if you don't like it.

It contains Super Hyaluronic Acid but, what is it?
"Proprietary combination of 3 types of Hyaluronic Acid. Powerful hydrator and skin plumper that provides multi-layer, long-lasting moisture to restore and strengthen skin’s natural hydrating levels."

It also contains collagen (which is a must for me), arginine (to mantain moisture) and ceramide (to restore the natural barrier of the skin). It says you'll see wrinkles and fine lines minimized after 4 weeks. Really looking forward to that! Hehe

I've been using it as a day and night cream and I saw results after a day or two. It keeps my skin mositurized and glowy, my makeup applies nicely and it was the solution to my ugly dry skin. I'm in love.

Not the best pic but it kinda shows how my skin looks after using the cream.

If I had to rate it I'd give it a 5/5 ☆☆☆☆☆
Defo recommend it, especially because I haven't been so impressed with a product in such a short time.

Would I buy it again
Totally! I also want to try more of their products.

There is a lot of interesting (and clinical) info about this particular product so click here if you wanna read more.

๐Ÿ’• | January Favorites 2019 | Lips, Sailor Moon & Fangirl moment

Hello everyone!
First month of the year went by~ I know I've been a little absent around here lately and I blame my job for that. Its been keeping me busy! But here we are, ready to start the monthly favorites posts. I feel like I have a lot to share because I've been using some things since December so, yeah.
Ready? Let's get into this!

๐Ÿ’• Beauty:

These two are actually lip products. Lip balms to be exact. I've tried so many lip balms hoping they can help my forever dry and chapped lips. Both were gifts from my friends and I've been loving them lately.

The first one is the TONYMOLY Bbo Bbo Lipbalm in Blueberry. I recieved this as a birthday gift,  and even tho I tried it, I was also trying to finish another lipbalm at the same time. I liked it but it wasn't until recently that I started using it constantly and see actual improvement on my lips.
I apply a thick (and I mean, thick) layer on my lips every night before going to bed, it's pretty much a part of my night routine now and I wake up to soft and pretty looking lips! that also helps my lipstick to look a lot better in the mornings.
It has a very subtle fruity scent and no taste to it and it feels really light on the lips. And yeah, it is too pretty!! Hehe.

That's for my night time lipbalm.

The other one is the one I've been using on regular basis and it ridiculously adorable. It is a Lip Smacker Disney Tsum Tsum lipbalm, Princess Leia Cinnamon Buns (Love it!). Which also happens to be, a Tsum Tsum collectible. I recieved it back in December.
I find this one very easy to apply because of the shape of the actual balm and even tho, for some, it'd be too big to carry around, I love to take it with me because of how cute it is.
I apply it before lipstick or when my lips start feeling dry. The formula feels a little thick at first but it doesn't feel like that on the lips.
The scent and taste of it are SO GOOD! Literally like cinnamon buns, add to that it's Star Wars~ Perfect!

๐Ÿ’• Sailor Moon

We have 2 SM items, I got both in Expo Magyc last December and I've been absolutely loving them.
First we have my Sailor Moon wallet and, I've been wanting it for years now and I finally got it for Christmas! My grandpa asked me to choose something I liked as his gift for me so, this was my option. It is Sailor Moon of course, because she's my favorite. But I know they have wallets for the other Scouts too. (I'd love Neptune's too tho)

Moving on, we have my pink and super 90's SM sweatshirt thingy. I only own 2 Sailor Moon pieces of clothing and this one is defo my fave. I kinda like it because of how unique the desing looks. I don't have another sweatshirt like this. The sleves are not the most comfortable (because of the fabric) but it's holographic and it's fun to wear. I've got both, good and bad comments about it but, whether people like it or not, I love it!

๐Ÿ’• Accessories

I believe I shared my Bubblegum pink bag somewhere before. In a vlog maybe? But yeah, it was a little Christmas gift I wanted to give to myself. I usually buy one bag at the end of the year and try to use it all year long. I think it has a perfect shade of pink, and I can carry a lot in it. It is not a brand bag but I still like it a lot.

Next for accessories are my Yoyoso Bunny Slippers. If you don't know, Yoyoso is a Korean version of Miniso. Love them both because they have lots of cute things. Anyway, I fell for their slippers, especially the bunny ones. They had the pink ones I got and I gray version I believe. They are super soft and warm. Perfect for this super cold Winter!!

๐Ÿ’• Clothes

I recieved this blue sweatshirt form Cuidado con el Perro as a christmas gift from my mom. It is the most comfortable and warm sweatshirt ever without losing the cute vibes. I love the details it has on the sleves. Makes it look really girly.
I've been getting lots of compliments whenever I wear it.

I know it is not a very flattering pic but, it's the best I could do. Hehe

๐Ÿ’• Food / Places

Mom and I recently discovered this little restaurant called NANA Comedor. It is a pretty relaxed place, not too far from home but the food and the service are great. It's a cozy place with yummy food. It is one of those places that really make you feel at home and you leave feeling full and happy. The main reason why we wanted to go was because it's calle Nana~ You get it? Like the anime? Hehe

๐Ÿ’• Detective Conan: Ran & Shinichi are officially dating!

Ok, I know this is a bitsy bit random but, it's something everyone has been waiting for almost 20 years, they are officially a couple and even tho I am not caught up with the show yet I had to skip to episodes 900 something just to see this happening and it was totally worth it!! My fangilr heart was so happy because they make such a cute couple and, yeah. I was too excited I had to share it in here with you all!

And that is it for my January favorites! I feel like it's longer than my usual favorites posts. Oh well~
I hope you enjoyed this post and that you're all having a wonderful 2019!
Feel free to share with me some of your favorites down below and, I'll see you next time!

The Color Workshop RADIANT Blush & Highlight Collection | Collectible Tin Case |

Hi dollies!
Not long ago I found this The Color Workshop RADIANT Blush & Highlight Collection palette at walmart, it was one of those Christmas gift packages that was for sale for a super duper cheap price after the Holidays and I just could't resist. To be honest, I've only seen this brand during this season and I never tried it before. I got it with no expectations at all.

After I bought it, I decided to search online and found both, good and bad impressions. Not only for this plaette but, for their products in general. So, after trying it for a couple of days, here are my own impressions and thoughts on this particular product as well as a mini review.

Let's start with some general info: From what I've seen, this is a special edition that includes a tin case. I saw they also had a contour and eyeshadow plaettes with collectible cases. You can also find them in their regular packaging.
This box came with a tin case, 2 blushes, 2 highlights and a face brush.

The presentation looks pretty enough to give away as a gift, also the tin case has very good quality and well, it is kinda cute.
The tin case doesn't come with a mirror as some other cases do, it is not a big deal for me but I know others would appreciate it.

Now, the brush isn't exactly the best quality but I wouldn't say it is the worst ever. And I've tried many, from cheap to brand name ones. The hair looks synthetic but it feels soft but, it doesn't look cheap. I just think it is too thin for a blush brush. Just saying!

Moving on to the blushes, we have 2 very different shades. One is a bright coral color and the other one, a soft pink. Both have a slight shimmery finish and no scent at all. (yay)
At first I thought the pink was not going to show my skin but it actually looks really pretty! (let's keep in mind I'm more on the pale side~)
I was surprised with the durability and with how pigmented they are.

As for the hightlights, I recently became a highlight fan so I was looking forward to try these. These shades are also very different. One is, again, a pink shade and the other is more like a gray-brownish color(?). Both are very shimmery and give a nice glow to the skin.

The only thing I didn't likie is the fact that the colors don't come with a name! and that is something that really annoys me. Hehe.

Other than that, I liked this palette! It is true that most of the time, you get what you pay for but this time it was a good surprise! I'm happy with it and I'll continue using it.
