Moschino Toy 2 Bubble Gum

New perfume alert!

I think I've mentioned this before but, I am not someone who buys lots of perfumes, if I love one, I'll use it until I run out of it. Last one I bought was the Moschino Toy 2, and even tho I really liked it, the one I really wanted was the pink one.

It is the Moschino Toy 2 Bubble Gum, which is absolutely cute! I am in love with the presentation, it's too pink! Haha. It was launched back in 2021.

It comes in a hot pink box with silver details. The 100ml bottle is a Teddy bear, same as the Toy 2 but, pink. I love these bottles, sadly the other one I had broke a while ago.

This perfume is defo on the sweet side. It's a fruity floral fragrance. According to the internet, its top notes are Candied Fruits, Bitter Orange and Lemon; middle notes are Bubble Gum, Bulgarian Rose, Blueberry, Peach, Peach Blossom, Cinnamon and Ginger; base notes are Musk, Ambroxan and Cedar.

Now I know there's such thing as top, middle and base notes. Hehe. To me, it really smells like bubble gum. The classic, pink bubble gum. So, I'd say it's not a scent everyone would like.

In general, I find this perfume very young, cheerful, fun and cute! I just try not to apply too much of it cuz, it is veeery sweet. But, I like it.

Currently on my nails~ 💅

Quick nail polish update just because my nails are long and pretty right now and, I recently bought this lovely pink nail polish.

The brand is called MZY &, and it's my first time buying it. They have a big variety of colors and some glitters too.

It's a really pretty bubble gum pink that doesn't need to many coats to get an even color. Durability wise, it's pretty decent. Especially considering it was very affordable.

Anyway, I'll keep this post super short, just wanted to show you what's currently on my nails. 💅

See you next time~! ♡

Halloween pressie 2023 💀

I know Halloween is over but, I still have something to show you, hehe. On the weekend before halloween, I had some activities with my friends and family. On saturday, we had a Halloween celebration with my family in which we decided to have a presents exchange. I loved it because, it felt like Christmas! Haha. So I wanted to show you what I recieved and a quick peek into what I gave too.

My sister received a gift from my mom. She included a skull figure, some candy and seasonal cookies and some decoration goodies for her house. I also gave her a small pressie but I forgot to take a pic of it.

And I got mom. Since she doesn't really love Halloween, I tried to include mostly seasonal snacks and drinks and only a couple of actual Halloween goodies. In the end, I really liked how her pressie turned out.

Here's what I put in the bucket (that I'm not showing in the pic...). The bucket reminded me of the Mc D's halloween buckets they had many years ago. The nostalgia!

Now, let's move on to my pressies!

These are the only pics I took of the pressie before I took everything out. But, you still get the idea of how it looked like.

Now I'll show you what came in the pressie.

Everything came in this bucket, I was so happy to receive one of these too! I really wanted one. It was decorated with a gold fall garland.

First, we have some "Fangs" Cheetos and even tho they are not really a seasonal snack, I love to buy them during this time. They are just perfect!

I also receive this Jack O' Lantern that ligths up with batteries.

Then we have some "pan de muerto"  cookies.

Idk if this is everywhere but here, during Christmas, there is a plastic stocking filled wirh candy and I loooooved the fact that this year they also came out with a similar thing for halloween. This one comes with different kinds of candy.

I also received some cute stationery

and a trick or treat bag that I will be using as a shopping bag all year, hehe

Halloween gummies

I'm in love with these reusable ice cubes.

Witch hat lolli

Chocolate eggies

And, that's my pressie! My mom also gave me a bag full of yummies.

I'm still eating halloween candy and it makes me happy. I wanted to share this before October was over but, life's been super busy lately and I just couldn't put everything together. Anyway, November feels like a transition month to me, from spooky season to Christmas so, I thought I could still share it. Guess with this we officially close Halloween season.

I really hope you had a great month in general and a very happy Halloween! 💀

Out & About: 💀 Alfeñique 2023

I don't really post about many local events and stuff but this one is one of the few I really enjoy. The Alfeñique Fair (Feria de Alfeñique) is a traditional fair held every year In the city center. It usually starts at the beginning of October and ends after the day of the dead. (November 19th this year)

In this fair you can find a big variety of seasonal candy, alfeñique candy figures and other day of the dead arts and crafts.

This fair is big tho, many people from different places come to see it. It's alwasy suuuuuper crowded. But I get it, everything is so colorful and fun.

I remember going to this fair when I was a little girl. Grandpa used to take me and my sister every year to buy some candy, then my dad and now, I like to go with my friends at least once.

This year we found they had different types of cultural activities, especially for kids.

I'm gonna share some of the pics we took this year (I'm including the ones my friends took too) for you to see the things you can find there.

You can find a big variety of candy here. From the traditional chocolate skulls, wafers and dulce de leche.

Sugar skulls are also very common.

We saw many skulls and skeletons dressed as different things. I'm not a big fan but, some of them are cool and very popular.

I always wondered why thet sell sheep...

There are many non-edible figures people like to buy for their altars or just to have as decoration.

I loved these animal cookies, they were really cute.

We also found marigold candles this year. Some of them smelled really nice.

I love it when they have animal stuff

Sometimes you can also fins a couple of Halloween related stuff. This year they had a lot of Nightmare before Christmas goodies.

Those are just a couple of things you can find there. I feel like I didn't even show half of what they have. We spent hours walking around and deciding what to get. I like it because you can always find tourists and children and adults wearing costumes. It's a very friendly environment.

You can also find many photo spots with mexican Catrines and Catrinas.

There's a smaller Alfeñique fair closer to my house. It's not as crowded and a little cheaper because it's not as popular. But, I defo think going to the original one is the best option to have the whole experience, hehe.

I'm gonna finish this post with this super cute pink sugar cat skull my friend gave me. You know, I love my kitties.

And well, I hope you guys enjoyed this post with a big photo spam. Let me know if you'd like me to share mos posts like this one.
