Therapy Haul: Clothes, accessories & shoes! πŸ‘š ❖ πŸ‘

Hello there sweets!
Long time no haul! Or at least I feel like that~ Anyways, these past few weeks (or should I say month) have been super stressful so, I needed a bit of a shopping therapy. Hehe. OMG I have no self control.

WARNING: I suck at taking pictures of clothes.
With that being said, let's start with the haul:

The clothes and earrings are from an outlet store that sells different brands. Not all of them are exactly cheap but, you can find some pieces at a better price than their original.

πŸ‘š Clothes

The first piece I got is this orange and blue cardigan with stripes. It is called "Suri 34 cardigan" and it's from Vero Moda, which I believe is a Chinese brand(?). Not too sure. But I like their clothes because they always have cute details that make their pieces unique. For example, the sleeves on this sweater have this kind of knot that looks really pretty. It is a very thin sweater but I think it'll be perfect for this weather. It's getting super hot in here but, you can still wear a sweater early in the morning or at night.

Also from Vero Moda, I got this pearlish beige vest. It is also very thin and it has ruffles all over it. which make them look very girly. I'm not really a vest person but I really liked this one and I thought it'll be great for Spring time.

Then we have a winter piece (because of the fabric, I think it's wool.) that I think I can still wear before it gets hotter. These are brown shorts with suspenders from a brand called ONLY True Collection Streetwear (probably Chinese too).
The suspenders don't look too strong but I feel like they are more for desing than fucntion so, it's all good. They are also removable.
This piece feels too European to me but, I just couldn't leave them.

Accessories

Golden heart earrings from Lulu Style. This was pretty much an impulse while waiting on line to pay. But I like them! They are cute and I don't own many golden accessories.

πŸ‘  Shoes

I got these two from a shoe catalogue, they were having one of those 2 x 1 kind of thing and I went for it.

I'm gonna start with my favorites. Thing is, I wanted to have this kind of shoes since I was a little girl. It is no secret how much I love Sailor Moon and if you are a die hard fan like me, you'll remember Usagi's school shoes. I was so happy when I found them! Cool thing is, I can still wear them even tho I'm not a small girl anymore. The heel is pretty small, they are comfortable to walk around and, I JUST LOVE THEM!

can we just take a moment to appreciate the shoes? hehe

The other pair are navy blue and have this classic style. They were not my first choice but I still think I can match them with the things I have.

And, that's it for my little therapy haul. Hope you enjoy and, I'll see you next time!!

My updated Skicare Routine | ☼ Morning and πŸŒ™ night |

Hey sweets!
It's been a long time since I did and updated skincare routine post. I was checking my last (and only) one and all the products I used back then have changed.
I have to say that I keep my skin care short and quick becasue I usually don't have time for many steps in the morning before work so, don't expect too many products here. What I can say is that it has been working well with me and my sensitive skin.

What I've learned with time is that it is good to invest in quality products because a good skin will make any makeup brand look good. It's all about having a healthy skin.

Now I can say I am a lot more commited to my skincare than I was a few years ago and even tho there are weeks when I don't use facemasks, my day and night routine remain the same.

Let's start with my morning routine:

I always start it washing my face with cold water and the MINISO Cotton Mild Cleansing Foam. The cold water helps me to depuff my face and to feel more awake. I changed to this cleanser after using the MISSHA Creamy Latte Cleansing Foam for years. I like it because it is super soft and foamy, is gentle to the skin and it doesn't have any scent to it.
Product features: "Cotton soft texture. Bring you a comfortable and pleasing cleaning experience. Gently lifts away oil and impurities from your skin, leaving it beautifully cleansed and refreshed."

Next step is toner, I'm currently using the MINISO Nourishing Moisturizing Toner that, even tho it has a gelish kind of texture, it's super watery and it absorbs quickly. This one doesn't have any scent and it automatically leaves my skin looking and feeling moisturized and soft.

Moving on to mosturizer. The Hada Labo Tokyo Skin Plumping Gel Cream has been a must for me since I discovered it. It gives an instant glow to my skin, leaving it soft and mosturized all day. It also gives it a dewy look I love. It contains Super Hyaluronic Acid and it also plumps wrinkles and fine lines.

Last step, before applying my makeup is sunscreen. It doesn't matter if it's sunny or not, I always make sure to apply it. I went back to the Mary Kay Suncare Sunscreen with SPF 50. It is not as thick as others, it blends well with my makeup and it doesn't give me that ghostly looks other sunscreens do.

Ah! Can't forget about lip balm. I'm still loving the Tony Moly Bbo Bbo balm as my fist lip balm of the day. It makes a big difference when I apply my lipstick.
And, that's it! We're done with the morning skincare routine.

Some of my night time products are the same as morning so I'll just mention them.

πŸŒ™

Removing my makeup has to be one of the most satisfying things to do at the end of the day, for that I'm using the MINISO Sakura Water Bright Cleansing Balm as well as the  NIVEA MicellAIR Expert micellar water. I switch between those two depending on the mood.
I'm a big fan of micellar water and this particular one is great when it comes to removing waterproof makeup. Both products are very effective, the difference is, micellar water removes my makeup faster than the Sakura balm.

After that I wash my face using the same Cotton Mild Cleansing Foam..
Then is time for toner and moisturizer, Miniso Nourishing Moisturizing Toner and  Hada Labo Tokyo Skin Plumping Gel Cream (because I read you can also use it as a night cream).

As for eye cream, I use the Anti-aging, firming eye cream from Deliplus. I got this one in Spain so I'll have to find a new one once I finish it.
This cream is very watery and light compared to others I've used. It doesn't have any scent and it's gentle to the skin which is a big plus considering my eyes easily react to products.

Last thing would be, again, lip balm. The Tony Moly Bbo Bbo balm.

Also, I exfoliate my face twice a week using the BiorΓ© charcoal scrub which is super soft and gentle. I usually like scrubs to be a lot more rough but this one has been working well for now.
And, can't forget about facemasks. I usually go for sheet masks but I also like to try others, depending on what my skin needs. I always go for Freeman masks whenever I don't do sheet masks. As for those, I like to try different brands. Mostly Asian ones.

And, that is it for my current skin care routine. Hope you found it helpful in a way just keep in mind what works for me may not work the same for everyone. ♡

🌸 MINISO Sakura Water Bright Cleansing Balm 🌸

Hi sweets!
I want to show you the latest addition to my skincare routine, it is a product I was really looking forward to try for some time now and, now that I finally did, I think it was worth it.

Spring means it's Sakura season in Japan and Korea and it also means it's my chance to find some sakura related stuff because well... I'm obsessed~

But yeah, this product is the MINISO Sakura Water Bright Cleansing Balm that, as it says, it's a cleanser that can also remove makeup. I've it been using it for about two weeks now and I really like it.

Let's get into it!

As usual, I'm gonna start with the packaging which was the first thing that caught my eye. Everything is pink! Even tho it's cute, it still looks pretty simple and clean.
We have a beautiful pink pot with 100ml of product. It is, again, very simple but cute with a sakura print detail on the lid. Love it!

It also comes with a spatula, which I appreciate. It makes the whole application process a lot cleaner.

Moving on to the product, it says it is a refreshing sakura cleansing balm that gently removes skin impurities and controls oil.

The texture looks a little waxy and thick at first but it melts as soon as it makes contact with your skin, becoming very creamy and easy to work with. It has a very soft flowery scent that I find very
relaxing.

How to use:
1. Put appropriate amount on hand and gently wipe to remove makeup and skin wastes.
2. Gently rinse off with warm water to hold moisture in your skin.

I use 1 full scoop of product and gently massage my face with it, as I massage, I can see the makeup coming off. It does take a while to remove waterproof makeup so I'd suggest taking your sweet time but, it gets there eventually.
Once I rinse it off, I find my skin makeup free and really soft without any greasy or sticky feeling.

My makeup by the end of the day

makeup melts with the balm

clean, fresh no makeup face after using the balm

If I had to rate it I'd give it a 4/5 πŸŒΈπŸŒΈπŸŒΈπŸŒΈ just because I admit using micellar water removes my makeup faster. But other than that, I like it. It is gentle to my skin, it didn't cause any reaction and... it does the job!
Add to that how pretty it is.

Would I buy it again?
Totes. It is true that Miniso has its hits and misses but this one is defo worth trying.

πŸ’• | February Favorites 2019 | Yummies, beauty & car accessories!

Hi loves and goodbye February! This month always feels too short.
Compared to last month, I don't have those many things to share this month but still, we're gonna talk about the few I've been loving lately.
Ready?

πŸ’• Yummies

I recieven the Russel Stover Sugar Free Chocolate Candy as a part of my Valentine's day gifts from my mom. Choco mint has to be one of my favorite mixes ever and these, even tho they were sugar free, where not an exception. They were (because yeah, I ate them all) smooth mint patties in dark chocolate. Absolutely yummy. They came in separate small batches which was nice. What else can I say? I loved them!

πŸ’• Beauty

Hada Labo Tokyo Skin Plumping Gel I won't get too into this particular one because there's a separate post dedicated to it (here!). But I gotta say I highly recommend it because, I'm impressed with how good it worked with my skin, how gentle it is and how it got to see results in such a short time. Defo a must try.

Elegant Touch London French Pink 103 Nails Since I don't usually have nice looking nails, I sometimes get some help from press on nails or nails with glue. I found these at walmart and they were slightly cheaper that the ones I usually get. I loved how they looked and feel but the glue wasn't as strong as the press on ones. I lost one or two every now and then but still think they were really pretty and made my nails look nice for a while.

πŸ’• Car & Accessories

So! First of all, I never thought I'd actually share something car related in here~ I'm not a big car fan so, yeah. But, I recently became a car mom, I bought my first car ever and I'm very happy about it. It's not a brand new car but I love it and it makes me happy. It's like my first big investment and it makes me feel like a "responsible adult" in a way. (especially because everything I have to pay now...hehehe)
It's a red Neon, smaller than the van I used to drive and I've been slowly personalizing it.

That takes me to the second favorite here, my Cherries Steering Wheel Cover I recieved as a gift from my dad. He loves cars so, I'm sure he's happy to share those things with me now. It is super cute, it matches the car's colors and it came with two seat belts covers too.
Plus, it makes it look more girly.

That's it for this month guys! Feel free to chare with me your latest favorites!

Until next time~

| Hada Labo Tokyo Skin Plumping Gel Cream |

Hi dollies!

Today I wanna share a product that I've been loving lately because of how well it's been working for me. I can honestly say that after using it for a couple of weeks, I've seen a big change on my skin.

This Winter had super duper cold days which caused my skin to get really dry. And when I say dry, I mean DRY! No matter how many sheet masks I used during the week it was still dry. I even tried changing my cleanser because I thought it was making it worse (and maybe it was...) until I found this gel cream. It is the Hada Labo Tokyo Skin Plumping Gel Cream. I remember one of my aunts mentioned something about this brand long time ago but I couldn't find it until now. It is well known that Japanese women have beautiful skin so, I had to try!

Before I get to the cream, let's talk about the brand a little. Hada Labo is a Japanese brand under the concept of  "Perfect and simple". It promises highly effective skin care without using unnecessary ingredients. According to their website is Japan's #1 selling skin care line and their products are made for every skin type. They also say they work with Super Hyaluronic Acid which seems to be an ingredient only they have. I'll leave the link to their website here in case you wanna check it out.

Let's move on to the gel cream which seems to be a best seller. I usually start with packaging but, there's not much to say about it, it is pretty simple and clean. It's nice tho.

This gel cream combines a serum with the hydration of a moisturizer. It says it has a high concentration of Super Hyaluronic Acid. It claims to give your skin a rich, long-lasting moisture helping to plump fine lines and wrinkles.

The formula is, as expected, a gel one. It's transparent and it doesn't have any scent to it. It feels very refreshing when you apply it and it absorbs quickly giving you a healthy and soft skin almost right away. It does give you a very dwey look even after applying makeup. I'm actually happy with that finish but, is something to keep in mind if you don't like it.

It contains Super Hyaluronic Acid but, what is it?
"Proprietary combination of 3 types of Hyaluronic Acid. Powerful hydrator and skin plumper that provides multi-layer, long-lasting moisture to restore and strengthen skin’s natural hydrating levels."

It also contains collagen (which is a must for me), arginine (to mantain moisture) and ceramide (to restore the natural barrier of the skin). It says you'll see wrinkles and fine lines minimized after 4 weeks. Really looking forward to that! Hehe

I've been using it as a day and night cream and I saw results after a day or two. It keeps my skin mositurized and glowy, my makeup applies nicely and it was the solution to my ugly dry skin. I'm in love.

Not the best pic but it kinda shows how my skin looks after using the cream.

If I had to rate it I'd give it a 5/5 ☆☆☆☆☆
Defo recommend it, especially because I haven't been so impressed with a product in such a short time.

Would I buy it again
Totally! I also want to try more of their products.

There is a lot of interesting (and clinical) info about this particular product so click here if you wanna read more.
