SHISEIDO INTEGRATE Wide Look Eyes Duo Shades Eyeshadow | Review & Swatches |
Doing some research, I discovered that Intergrate, the brand of these eyeshadows, is a part of the Shiseido group. This eyeshadows are the SHISEIDO INTEGRATE Wide Look Eyes Duo Shades Eyeshadow.
"A makeup brand from Japan that targets women in their 20s and 30s, INTEGRATE offers high-quality, uncomplicated cosmetics for a pretty, natural look. Its first social contribution program, Global Sisters Project, was launched in November 2016 to support women in Japan and around the world through makeup. The brand is available mainly in Asian countries and regions such as Japan and Taiwan."
I’ve heard
so many things about Japanese eyeshadows, and most people say they are not as
pigmented as Korean or western brands. And that is also part of the style
Japanese women have, more natural. That’s why I was surprised to see how beautiful and
pigmented these two colors are.
As usual I want to start with the packaging, which is very clean and simple, yet girly and cute! It is hot pink with a transparent lid and I especially like the way the eyeshadows are presented. I love everything that has hearts in it, hehe. It doesn't come with a brush, applicator or mirror, which I'm ok with because I always like to use my own brushes.
The one I have is PK373 "Pink" and like the name says, it is a very shimmery light pink along with a burgundy-ish shade. Perfect for the Fall - Winter seasons.
What I liked about them is that even tho they are very shimmery, the colors actually show even when you blend them together.
those veins tho... |
Durabily wise, they are great even without an eyeshadow primer (which I never really use), looking great and colorful almost all day long.
What else can I say? I've been loving them!

Avon True Color Multi-Finish Eyeshdow Quad | Review & Swatches |
I don't know if you guys remember but years ago I used to buy Avon a lot, especially their lipsticks and nail polishes but I never got to try their eyeshadows.
Not long ago, I recieved this quad as a pressie from my friend Ceci and I have to say, I am impressed with their quality.
They are the Avon True Color Multi-Finish Eyeshdow Quad in "Chocolate Sensation." Checking their site, they have many more quads with different complementary shades.
They have the perfect size to carry around with you and they come with 4 shades to create looks for both, day and night.
They come with numbers to give you an idea of how and where to apply them to create a certain look but I think you can experiment as you want and even mix them with other colors.
It comes with 3 shimmers: Shimmery beige (#1), Milk chocolate (#2) and Truffle (#3). And 1 matte: Black Brown (#3).
The plastic compact looks really clean and doesn't feel chap. It also comes with a mirror and applicator sponge.
The eyeshadows are very pigmented and easy to blend. It is so nice to apply them! Durability wise, they last throughout the day looking almost perfect at the end of it.
These colors are great for every skin tone and are easy to match with almos every lip shade. That's a plus.
just me, plying with the quad, hehe. |
All in all, these eyeshadows were an unexpected good surprise, I could compare the quality with eyeshadows from Sephora or other more expensive brands out there. Defo worth it!

Even the black shade is very black for a shimmer eyeshadow. |

☾ Sailor Moon X ColourPop | Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon Eyeshadow Palette | Review & Swatches
Earlier this month ColourPop came out with a collaboration with Sailor Moon. And, being the huge SM fan that I am, I just had to get it.
Sailor moon has been my all time favorite anime since I was a little girl, I know there are other makeup collaborations in Japan but they are super hard to find or just way too expensive. I knew this was my chance.
I literally spent a whole morning trying to find them. My original plan was to get the whole collection but it was sold out everywhere! Luckily I found mx.beautymkup on instagram and I was able to get the eyeshadows there.
mx.beautymkup gave me a great sevice, defo recommend it! |
There's no need to say how excited I was (and still am) about this palette, it is just perfect. This is my first time trying ColourPop but I have to say this particular product is everything I expected.
Where do I start...?
This is the complete collection: Eyeshadows, liquid lipsticks, blushes and glitters. How cute are they? Plus, I loved the colors they have for everything! The lippies are my colors and the blushes... are just gorgeous.
But, we'll focus on the eyeshadows~
☾ Packaging
I'll try not to be too biased~ hehe.
Everything is pink with some holographic details. I love how the box has Usagi on the cover. Nothing too extra, holographic moons and the name of the product. Too cute!
My surprise was when I opened the box and looked at the palette, first thing I noticed was the funny looking changing picture of Usagi on the lid. So 90's!
Once you open it you'll see the eyeshadows and the name for each color.
It doesn't come with a mirror or brushes tho.
☾ Eyeshadows
Like I said, it comes with 12 different colors including matte neutrals, metallics and shimmers. All colors are bright and perfect for the Spring - Summer season!
Just by looking at them you can tell they represent the anime and the other scouts perfectly. And the names! OMG the names you guys! "Tuxedo Rose", "Silver Crystal" and "Luna" are some of them... my childhood heart is happy.
I've been trying some of the colors and pigmentation wise they are great. They also blend easily and don't fade away thoughout the day.
Personally, the shimmers are my favorites.
I admit some of the shades are not what I usually go for (such as "love", "justice" or even "tuxedo rose") but I've been having fun playing with them.
So, to end this here, I love them and I do think they were worth it. Not only as a fan, quality is great too. I still hope I can find the rest of the products in the future.
I'll go fight evil by moonlight now~ See you next time!! ♡
