💋 REVLON Ultra HD Vinyl Lip Polish | WW84 | Review & Swatches

Not long ago, Revlon came up with a Wonder Woman Collection. I recently found out because my bestie Ceci told me about it and I fell for one of the lippies they had which happened to be part of their regular colors, not exclusively for this collection.

I do like Wonder Woman but I like the original one, Linda Carter. She's so pretty and I kinda wanted to be like her when I was a little girl but, to be honest, I didn't even watch the latest movie.
So, having an item from this collection is cool in a way, but it wasn't a must for me.

Long story short, my friend Ceci and I have been talking about these products since late June, when the sales started and she showed me this beautiful lip polish. I fell in love with it and after thinking about it for a while (and hearing great comments from her) I decided to get it.
I looked for it in different stores but it was sold out everywhere, and I really, really wanted to get in in the 2x1. Ceci found it in the Wonder Woman version, which wasn't part of the sales, and was kind enough to get it for me. That is why I ended up having something from this collection.

Product description:
"Finally, a liquid lipstick that delivers the high-pigment, high-shine lacquer finish you’ve been waiting for—in a non-feathering formula that doesn’t settle into lip lines or creases."

I don't wear many glossy lippies now but they give me 90s vibes! Is not that I don't like them but I don't like the sticky feeling most of them have. This one feels like a mix of both, liquid lipstick and lipgloss.

The shade is called "Birthday Suit" (925) and I'd descibe it as one of those my lips but better kind of color. It's a mauve nude, perfect for every day and I think it suits any skin tone beautifully.

Even tho it has a thick formula, the product is pigmented enough to look even with just one layer so it doesn't feel heavy on the lips. It is sticky, but not as sticky as others. The color is really shiny and even tho it is not meant to be a super long lasting lippie, it wears out nicely and evenly.
The application is clean and easy.

It has a nice fruity, sweet scent that is not too strong, I really like it but then again, keep that in mind before buying.

All in all, I really like it. And there are many beautiful colors from this line so, defo check them out!

Random but, I've been using this nail polish from Flormar a lot lately and even tho it looks a little lighter in the bottle, once applied it matches this lippie perfectly. I love them together, haha.

Flormar Full Color nail enamel "Rose I hold" (FC04)

Splat Headed! Pink Fetish Hair Dye (Harley Quinn Edition) + Thoughts

I had a romantic moment with the Joker a few days ago... We were at this abandoned house and he was taking care of a baby doll. I was ready to talk to him but suddenly, Michee, my cat jumped on me and woke me up~~~~ #SadButTrue

Hello my lovers!
Yeah, I'm still obsessed with Suicide Squad and if you remember, on my last Haul → Suicide Squad Mini Haul + Goodies I showed you guys 2 Splat hair dyes one in a green color and the othe one in pink. Soooo, last weekend I decided to go a little wild and dye random parts of my hair pink. I thought it'd be a good idea since I'm still on my Summer break...kinda.

So! Many years ago I remember I fell in love when I saw Jia from Miss A having this super pretty bubblegum pink hair in the Bad Girl, Good Girl video and I wanted to get something like that! Then I thought that wouldn't go too well with my role as a teacher...it'd look too crazy! And, I just let it go. But now that the chance to have something pink on my hair came around again (#ProudPinkLover) I decided to just go for it.

Jia's beautiful pink hair...this feels like those "expectations VS reality" thingies

Let's talk a little about the Hair dye and what it came with:
♦ The color is called "Fetish Pink"
♦ The kit came with a Lightening bleach, Splat Oxide in a mixing container and the pink color.
♦ They had other colors from the Suicide Squad Edition: Green, Purple, Blue and a box with both, pink and blue to dye your hair like Harley's.
♦ A Suicide Blonde mini comic (that was the main reason why I wanted it!)

How I dyed it:
Basically mixed the Lightening bleach with the oxide in the mixing container, took random hair locks and...bleached them, The bleaching process took forever!! then, washed my hair and waited to the next day to actually dye it.

As you can see, the inner locks look slightly lighter than the outer ones...it looks a little more pink in real life. Lighting wasn't helping much

Thoughts:
The color claimed to be long lasting and super bright. Truth is, it's not even as pink as it looked on the bottle. I know hair dyes are not always exactly like the picture on the box but, this one doesn't even look too pink. To me is more like a red/salmon-ish pink that washes off super easily. And considering my ginger color, my hair looks like a rainbow! Orange, strawberry blonde and salmon pink color.
Honestly I don't know if I love it, or even like it. Guess it takes time to get used to it, especially because I don't ever try things like this on my hair.
I'm not sure if I'll fix it and keep it like this for a while or just go back to my normal hair once the pink fades a little.

It's still an experience tho! I never go too crazy when it comes to my hair. It still doesn't feel like me, cuz it's something so new but, we'll see what happens!

And this is how far my obsession with Suicide Squad goes...

Suicide Squad Mini Haul + Goodies 💀

Hello, hello there!
If you follow me on my SNS you already know how obsessed I am with Suicide Squad, especially with Harley Quinn and Mr. J!
And since the movie is coming real soon, I'm super excited about that, I've been finding and buying a few things. So, why not putting them together and make a small Haul for you guys? Just to get ready for the movie. Hehe.
Wanna take a look?

♦ Splat Hair dye Suicide Squad Special Edition. We got the two versions of them. And actually, mom bought them for us. (my sister and I) The Joker's hair dye is called "Scream Green" (love the names!) and it's pretty much the same green color Mr. J has.
The other one is Harley's. The color I got is a pink one and it's called "Pink Fetish" but they also have a blue one, purple and a box that comes with boh, pink and blue just like her hair.
They both came with a Suicide Squad mini comic. That was the main reason why I wanted one...and because of the boxes...yeah. Comic is "Suicide Blonde" and it's about...Harley and Mr. J. Super mini if you ask me but, oh well!

♦ Joker T-shirt. I found this one at walmart in the teens section. Hehe. It was actually for sale so...why not buying it, right? I was actually planning to wear it when watching the killing joke but...it didn't happen! I forgot to wear it... Still, I really, really like it!

♦ Harley Quinn T-shirt. This one is an original from DC Comics and, I've been buying them from Mascara de Latex. they have original Marvel, DC, anime, etc. t-shirts and sweatshirts for men and women and the cool thing about them is that they only have one or two pieces of each design son you won't find them everywhere. You're pretty much buying unique pieces.

♦ Skull Harley t-shirt. again, from Mascara de latex. Originally I was going to buy the "Daddy's little monster" tee to wear it when I watch the movie but, they didn't had it when I went there so the girl was super sweet and offered me other options so, I decided to go for this one. And yeah, this is the one I'll wear to watch the movie.

♦ Harley Quinn, Enchantress & Killer Croc glasses. HQ I got from Domino's Pizza and I'm still trying to find the Joker's like a mad person. The other two are from a combo we bought at the movies.  We didn't really have the choice to chose them because some of them were no longer available. Wanna guess which ones...?

Hopefully many more things will add to the new Suicide Squad collection.

Moving on to a few goodies I've found are these two:

♦ Suicide SquadMoji is a must have app if you love the characters. Kinda like BitMoji but with the movie characters. SquadMoji

♦ Squad Yourself. Is an official app where you can create your personalized Squad Skull. They don't have a big variety of styles but, it's still fun. http://squadyourself.suicidesquad.com

And, to finish this post, The Killing Joke. I liked it but, I have to say I wanted a lot more fighting action and expected more. When the movies was over I was like... "that's it?!"
I have an other Batman animated movie to watch soon. Assault on Arkham. Two friends already recommend it to me so yeah!

Let me know who's excited for Suicide Squad? Have you seen the Killing Joke yet? Thoughts?
xx

The Joker's Birthday Game Video + Harley Quinn inspired look photos

Hello, hello there!
So, the Joker's birthday gamed video is finally here! I feel like I've been talking a lot about it lately and it took me forever to put everything together. Busy life is busy~!
As some of you know, I posted a birthday blog before and I included part of what the game was about and all that so, I'll just link it here for you guys to check it out if you feel like it, instead of going all over it again.
I'm sorry for the bad vlogging! At that moment I decided to vlog it myself and it would've been better to have someone vlogging it for me but...I was still sleepy so, yeah.
With no further do, here it is!

Hope you enjoy the video and...thank you Puddin for a fun morning! Haha

And well, I kinda wanted to make a (very improvised) Harley Quinn look for this video, just to kinda match the whole theme. I took a few ideas from different pics of her online and came up with this! I was surprised of how much love you guys showed to the super short video I shared on my SNS as a small sneak peek for this video.
I actually want to make a better HQ makeup sometime soon, here are some pics of this particular one for now.
Thank you for all the good comments!! ♥

I'll see you next time! Bye bye~
Miss Harley Quinn
Thank you to my sister for the great into of this video!!

Birthday Post + The Joker's Birthday Game. ♦

Hello, hello everyone!
I'm finally having some time to write a birthday post! It's still not too late! Hehe.
I had a very busy and stressful couple of days at work before my birthday. We invited my kids' parents to work with their children for an hour. And even tho it may be something fun for some, it's stressful for me. Anyways, I survived!

I feel like somehow, this year my birthday was a little different. Don't know how to explain but, it just felt different. I feel like I've learned a lot through the past year and I am willing to learn more.
I had a lovely birthday week! And even tho I felt exhausted by the end of the week, it was all worth it. I love to spend time with my loved ones.
I really  want to thank you all for the messages, hugs, celebrations and gifts. I am spoiled and so lucky to have great, loving people around me. Special thanks to the people that sticked to me through all the ups and downs, never leaving my side when I need them the most. And big, big thank you to my family, boyfriend and friends/coworkers for making my week, such a great one. ♥ Love you all.

NOTE: This year I ate more than I do in other birthdays! Literally a week of non-stop eating!

I usually make a birthday pressies post but, I'll change it this year! (mainly cuz I already ate some of the gifts and others are organized now)
This year I'll share with you a bit of what happened on Mr. J's birthday game~

DING DING DING! On wednesday I recieved the invitation to my own birthday game, Friday at 8:00am. I was curious as in what it'd be.

A super duper cool happy birthday tune started playing at 8am so, that was my sign, Let the game begin!!

First stop had many notes, a big Harley Quinn birthday card and many weapons to choose from. I had 15 more stops ahead.

Once I chose my weapon (a gun), the rules were simple:
1. Smile and laugh all the time
2. Destroy Batman and Robin
3. Read the instructions out loud
4. Do exactly what you read
5. Enjoy the game
And so I did...

Every number had a different thing to do, from choosing between Batman, Robin or The Joker; to opening gifts or singing a song. I have to confess I was still a little sleepy but I had fun!

Last stop had this box and a Game Over sign. Behind the box was the cutest Sailor Moon birthday cake ever and a Luna plushie! Such a sweet deet from someone as crazy as the Joker! Heheheeh.
I'll be putting the video together this week (hopefully) so I can share it with you guys. It'll be easier than trying to explain it in here.
Thank you Puddin!

To finish this post, I want to wish my dad a happy birthday! We celebrate our birthdays a few days apart so, yeah! Many more birthdays to come to the #1 man in my life.

Funny thing was, my b-day was Joker and Harley themed
and my dad's was Batman themed...
Bye for now!!!!!
