OOTD: Romantic Spring + Makeup & Accessories.

A year has passed since my last OOTD posts and, there's still a pandemic out there!! Luckily, things seem to be slowly getting better here. That's why my friends and I decided to get together for lunch and, it was my chance to dress up and wear something nice, other than my usual, boring teacher outfits.

I loved this dress so much that I wanted to share it here, along with the makeup products and accessories I wore.

♡ Makeup:

My makeup was on the natural side, I haven't been wearing lipstick lately because of the mask. I try to keep my lips moisturized applying lip balm instead. I like this particular one from DHC because it gives you a glossy finish without feeling sticky.

On the eyes I used a light gold and a little pink to match the dress and the gold highliter on the cheeks.

Products used for this look:
Salem Makeup "Ouija Evil Cat" Eyeshadow Palette
♥ MAC Studio Match Master Foundation
♥ Mary Kay Volumizing Brow Tint "Brunette"
♥ Bissú Eyebrow Pencil "Lechero"
♥ Olé Power Brown MAtte Eyeliner
Physicians Formula Shimmer Strips Custom Bronzer
KissMe Heroine Make Long & Curl Mascara
DHC Lip Cream Conditioning Lip Balm

♡ Outfit:

I fell in love with this dress from Vertiche, it is so girly and cute. Perfect for Spring! The lenght is pretty comfortable and it really looks a lot more expensive than what it actually was. It came with a belt made with the same fabric as the dress that wraps around the waist, giving you a nice shape. Also loooove the puffy sleeves! They are so princessy!

The neckline has a slight body shape. They had the same dress in a more blue version. Really pretty too! I just had to go for the one with pink on it, hehe.

Awkward posing but I wanted to show you how the dress looks from the back.

I paired it with blue block heel strap sandals. I've has them for a few years now and they are super duper comfy to walk around. (Toe nails could use a touch up /oops!/ but, I'm wearing the "Not turning back from pink street" nail polish from O.P.I.)

♡ Accessories:

I kept it simple, just a pair of earrings and my Nine West watch.

This earrings were a gift from my mom a couple of years ago, they are from Todo Moda.

And lastly, the perfume~
Perry Ellis 360° Coral

And that was my outfit of the day. I wish I could share more outfit posts but sometimes I find it hard to take the pics (as you can probably tell...) but, let me know if you'd like to see more posts like this in the future.

Until next time~!!

Salem Makeup "Moon Dust" Translucent Powder

Last product from Salem Makeup. It is the Moon Dust Translucent Powder. I usually like to go for a dewy look so honesty, I don't really use this type of products often. As you know, this product help you to set your makeup with a matte finish.

I've been trying to use it a little tho, because it came with the set of products I ordered and it'd be sad to waste it.

As the other products, the concept is all about magic. This one it the most simple out tof the 3 I recieved but it's still pretty and very clean looking.

I've been using a very small amount of the product, mostly on my T zone but the matte finish only lasts for a couple of hours. The powder is very, very soft and thin(?) and it doesn't have any scent to it.

And well, one thing I find a little annoying about this one is that it is way too messy to use!! Everytime I use it, I have powder flying everywehere!

Is there a technique you would like to share with me to properly use these type of products? I'd love to read! hehe

Salem Makeup "Ouija Evil Cat" Eyeshadow Palette | Review & Swatches |

Here comes another product from Salem Makeup, and it is this Ouija board eyeshadow palette.
It is called Ouija Evil Cat and it coms with 35 different shimmers.

I've been trying some of the colors and they are very pigmented for shimmers. The box is a plastic box, nothing too fancy, but I like the fact that it seals perfectly. It doesn't come with a mirror or brushes.

What can I say about the concept of this palette? It is just too cool, we have the Ouija board on the outside, the instructions of how to use the board on the inside and a sticker that simulates the plaque.

The colors include some earthy shades, golds, purples, pinks and a white one. Surprisingly I didn't use to wear many pink eyeshadows but for a little over a month now, I've been loving them. So even tho I'm not used to wear some of these shades, I've been having fun playing with them. I still need to try some of them tho.

They are pretty pigmented and durablity wise, they are pretty good. The color looks nice throughout the day, but they crease at the end of it. I have to say I never apply eyeshadow primer so, that could be why.

I think this palette is great, is fun and it's also a cool thing to display. Annnnd, you get lots of quality shadows for a very good price.

Salem Makeup "Face Out" Makeup Remover

Not long ago I discovered a local makeup brand that had two of my favorite things in this world: Makeup and witchy vibes. I love everything magic related so, I had to buy some of their stuff. The brand is called Salem Makeup. I first found them on facabook and their service and attention was great, my package arrived in good conditions and the prices are really, really good.

The first prouct I wanna show you is their "Face Out" makeup remover.

You know I am not too adventurous when trying makeup removers and cleansers because most of them give me reactions. I'm really glad this one didn't. It contains sesame oil and it leaves the skin super soft after using it.

It has a liquid formula, slightly thick and with an oily finish. Honestly, it removes makeup easily, even waterproof mascara. It has a very soft scent that I don't really know how to describe. But it's not perfumey(?).

What I did was to apply some of the product, rub it on my face and then whipe it all with a cotton pad making sure I don't leave any makeup before washing my face. Like I said, it leaves the skin clean and super, duper soft.

As for the presentation, I freaking love it! It looks like a perfect bottle for potions, haha. I'm defo going to reuse it after I run out of it. Maybe even as a part of my Halloween decor.

I have other products to show you from this brand. Can't wait to share!

I'll link their facebook and Instagram in case you wanna check them out:
