🪲 Beetlejuice Beetlejuice Haunted Apple Fanta 🪲

I waited a little to share this drink because I thought it'd be the perfect way to welcome spooky month. Beetlejuice Beetlejuice is out and I couldn't be happier. I've been a Beetlejuice fan since I was a girl, I love the first movie and also the animated series. My sister and I would watch them on TV and rent (yeah, that's how old we are~~~~) them over and over.

Watching the new movie was the perfect way to welcome the Fall season! And I have to say, I really, really liked it! It was everything I expected, it had things I didn't see coming and we just loved how they kept the essence of the first movie, even including some lo-fi stop motion sequences. My 90's inner girl couldn't be happier.

Moving on, every year I like to try Fanta's Halloween flavors, they are fun and you know, I love trying seasonal stuff. This year, as the name says, it is green apple flavor. I like everything green apple so it was a yay for me, haha. It is super green, totally Beetlejuice but, honestly, flavor is nothing out of the ordinary. I think I've tried more interesting ones other years. It tastes like those green apple gummy rings without the sour part. Like I said, it's good but there's no mystery to it.

The presentation we got over here is a 235ml can. I've seen a bottle version online but dunno if I'll ever find it, hehe.

I've seen the cans in the U.S. and I love how they have the characters on it. Here we just got a striped can in Bettlejuice's classic colors: Black and white and a hint of green. Not complaining tho, I really like it but, I wish I could get other characters too! At least a Lydia one since she's always been my fav.

This Fanta comes with a QR code that takes you to their official site and I believe you can (or could) get free tickets for the movie or something like that.

I'd love to see more brands having collabs with Beetlejuice soon. For now, I'll keep buying my haunted apple sodas as part of October's vibe.

Tell me! Have you tried this Fanta yet? If so, what did you think?

Have a fun and spooky month guys, see ya! 🖤

Limited Edition Coca-Cola Oreo

A couple of days ago, I shared the Oreo Coca-Cola cookies and, as I was finishing that post, I found there was a soda version too. Of course I had to go get it. And, even tho it would've been better to put both in one post, here I am, wrting a separate one cuz I just couldn't try them at the same time. Oh well~

Same as the cookies, the presentation has colors that represent both brands, so we have a lot of black and white, with some hints of red. I think the cookies had more red tho, it's as if Oreo was focusing more on Coke's colors and vice versa.

The can is pretty cool. It has the same idea as the cookies with a twist, but they both have the Coca-Cola bottle made out of what seems to be Oreo cookies. Honestly? It gives me Halloween vibes. Am I the only one who thinks that?

It is zero-sugar, which is not my favorite but it was good. Not super sweet tho. It's as if you were having coke with a slight chocolate taste to it. I think the smell of it is more oreoish than the actual flavor.

The whole concept of this soda is making "bestie connections". The QR code takes you to a link where you can synchronize your spotify with your bestie's which is pretty fun but I didn't really try it. They also have this"besties for limited time" quote going on that I just love.

All in all, I love that Coca-cola and Oreo decided to have this collab, it's fun and I love seeing 2 of my favs together. Being 1000% honest, the coke didn't impress me much and I defo liked the cookies a lot more. I'll be buying more of them. But, I don't regret trying the soda.

Let me know if you've tried it, if you want to and, what do you think.

I'll see you next time~!🎔

Café San Juan Xitoltepeque ☕

Earlier this year one of my besties went to Chiapas for work and she brought back some coffee. Chiapas is known for having great coffee so, I was looking forward to trying it.

As I always say when I write about coffee, I am a coffee lover but no expert at all, the info here is from the package and the internet plus, my personal opinion. I have to say tho, I couldn't find those many details online.

This Café San Juan Xitoltepeque is made by a company dedicated to the processing and marketing roasted and ground coffee and I believe they also have a coffee place in Chiapas. The description on the 17.oz bag says:"Made with the finest selection of high-altitude beans from the state of Chiapas that guarantee the flavor, body and aroma that will conquer your palate." And, I don't know about the body thing but, the smell of it is just amazing! It's is also a strong coffee, just the way I like it.

From what I saw online, this coffee has great comments and reviews, people seem to like it! I also saw the same company has coffee jam, something I'd like to try one day along with other types of coffee and coffee related products.

And well, I've been enjoying this coffee in the mornings, I just love the way my house smells when I make it. It's perfect to start your day or drink on a rainy day (which we've had a lot lately).

I think that'll be it for this post, I don't think it was too informative but, yeah. 😅

See you next time~! ♡

M&M's Milk Chocolate Ground Coffee ☕

I love coffee and, even tho I know it's not everyone's fav, I'm open to trying different flavors. Not long ago I received this M&M's Milk Chocolate Ground Coffee as a gift and, I've been loving it!

There's no better way to drink this coffee than doing it in my M&M's mug.

Friendly reminder: I am a coffee lover but no expert at all, just enjoy having a strong cup of it so, most of the info I'm going to share here comes from the internet plus, of course, my opinion. So, don't expect a very serious and professional review~!

We are all familiar with M&M's, personally, I love their chocolate and my dad did too. This coffee is described as "the perfect fusion of premium Arabica beans and M&M's iconic chocolate candies. This exceptional blend combines the boldness of coffee with the sweet, creamy flavor of M&M's milk chocolate, creating a delicious and indulgent treat."

It is a medium roast coffee with a delish smell of stong coffee and chocolate. The bag comes with 283g and, I don't know, somehow I find it fun to drink! It is strong but you can defo taste the chocolate. It tastes good with and without sugar and, I'm sure it'd also taste good with some milk.

I don't drink it as an everyday coffee, it's more like a coffee I enjoy on weekend slow mornings.

As I was looking for information about this coffee, I found there's a Twix, Bailey's and Milky Way coffee too. I really need to try them too!!!

See you next time~! ♡

Ocean Bomb: Sailor Uranus and Sailor Neptune

I'm super excited to share these with you, not only because I've been wanting to try the Sailor Moon sparkling waters for a while but, also because the first ones I got to try were Uranus and Neptune's.

I think I've mentioned this before but, they are one of my favorite couples ever. Neptune is the kind of woman I wish I was and Uranus is just... one of my top waifus and woman crush.

These sparkling waters are called Ocean Bomb, they are from a Taiwan soda company called YHB. Uranus and Neptune were their fourth release, I believe they started releasing them 2 years ago and, they have sodas for all the inner and outer scouts now.

I've seen them before but sometimes they are a little bit expensive for what they are, still I want to collect them all. Earlier  this month I went to a small anime expo thingy with my friends and we saw them. My best friend and I got them (one each) so we could try them and, he let me keep the can to start my collection.

The art on the cans is from Sailor Moon Crystal, they are beautiful! Each of them has the Sailor Scout pic with a nice frame around them and their symbols on the front and their talisman on the back.

I have to say, even tho I've seen reviews on these products before, I kinda was expecting them to be sweeter, more like a soda. I always forget that sparkling water isn't as sweet as a normal soda. The smell of them is really nice, sweet and strong but, the flavor isn't. Anyway, let me show you the beautiful cans.

Let's start with my love, Uranus.

Uranus' sparkling water is pineapple flavor. Her can is a light blue one with some dark blue and yellow details. On the back we can see her Space Sword. I'd say that, out of the two, I liked this one a little more.

Moving on to Neptune's~

Neptune's is kiwi flavor, the can is a turquoise one, also with yellow and dark blue details. I love it. On the back we have the Deep Aqua Mirror.

My goal is to collect all of the but these two, along with Moon's are the ones I wanted first. Plus I'm glad I got them together! Hehe. They are just too precious.

All in all, these sparkling waters are nothing too special but, they are good. I don't think I'd buy these two again because my main purpose is to have all the cans. Hopefully I'll be sharing the others in the future too.

Have you tried these sparkling waters? Apparently, there are other collabs too, including Pokemon and One Piece.

🍷 Gato Negro Rosé Limited Edition

“Uh-oh, out of alcohol. Better call wine-one-one.”

I've been trying and drinking different things lately but I forget to share them around here most of the time. A while ago, when I tried the Gato Negro Cavernet Sauvignon, I said I wanted to try their rose wine too. It took me forever but, I finally did it.

I'll mention the presentation first because... it is just too pretty! The Gato Negro bottles are usually pretty but, every now and then, they have special limited edition designs that I really like. This one has pink, gold and black details. Very different from the other I tried but, still really cute. I love the cat paw path and its pale pink color. It's puurrrrrfect!

Friendly reminder: I'm no wine expert, in fact, I don't know much about them. I'm just a happy drinker so, most of the information I'll share about the wine comes from the internet, hehe. With that being said, let's continue.

It is a Chilean wine described as: "aromatically complex, of noble personality and with pleasant freshness that does not tire the palate"

It's made with rosé grapes which have a sweet aroma and delicious flavor, it also has cranberry notes. It goes well with salmon, quiches and spicy foods but, I'd say you can just drink it with whatever you want, just like I do, hehe. And, it's better if you drink it cold.

It contains 12% alcohol, it's not as sweet as other rose wines I've tried, you can defo taste the cranberry. It's not bad tho, just not what I expected.

I think this is it for this wine post, let me know what kind of wine is your fav?

    I'll see you next time~ ♡

    Cheers ♡

Kook Soon Dang Banana Makgeolli 🍌

Even tho I love kdrama, I'm not that familiar with korean food and drinks other than snacks and soju but, I've alway been curious about makgeolli. Not long ago I went to a small Asian Market (mostly focused on Korean food) that also happened to have a Korean restaurant and I finally got the chance to try makgeolli.
Makgeolli is another type of rice wine, it contains 80% water and 4–8% alcohol, it's unfiltered and has high levels of lactobacillus bacteria, which makes it a nutricious drink.

This sparkling wine has a slight milky color and a chalky texture to it. To me it's like a mix of Yakult or calpis and alcohol, hehe.

I knew there was a natural makgeolli but we found that they also have flavored makgeolli too. The ones I saw were banana, peach and grape.
I only tried peach and babana, they were both fresh, slightly sweet and really easy to drink.

Surpisingly, my favorite out of those 2 was banana. I don't like babanas but I love the artificial banana flavor and that is how this one tastes like. Like an alcohol version of the korean banana milk with less sugar and a little bitter. I still wanna try the natural and grape ones too.

The price difference between the can and the bottle wasn't much so, I decided to get the bottle.

The bottle comes with 750ml and, in my opinion, it wasn't expensive at all. It comes in a platic bottle with a very simple yet nice presentation. Nothing too fancy. This one has 4% alcohol, like I said, it's very easy to drink.
You're supposed to drink it cold, I don't think it'd taste that great at room temperature tho and you gotta shake it a little before drinking because it has chalky sediments.

I feel like this drink might not be for everyone but it's definitely an experience, too many textures and flavors in one (if that makes any sense). I really, liked it and I'd say you should try it at least once if you have the chance.

Joe Knows Coffee Pumpkin Spice Ground Coffee 🎃

Earlier this month I mentioned this coffee in a pressies haul post but didn't go into much detail. Today I wanna talk a little more about it.

I usually mention this but, I'll do it again anyway. I am no coffee expert so the info and deets here will be mostly from the internet and the package. Plus of course, my opinion.

With that being said, let's do this. We all know I am a pumpkin spice lover so, it was very exciting to receive this coffee. It is my first time trying Joe Knows Coffee and I gotta say I really liked it! It defo tastes like pumpkin spice and also smells delish!

It is described as a dark rich roast with a smooth finish. It is not super strong but you can always add more coffee than suggested. I don't really have it as my morning coffee, it's more something to drink on a chilly afternoon.

It is artifically flavored, Kosher Certified, vacuum sealed and it's roasted using only 100% Arabica coffee beans.

I haven't tried it without sugar cuz I like my drinks to be sweet but I'm sure it's good without sugar and even with some milk.
