Halloween Pressies 2024 🧛🏻‍♀️

October went by too fast but I have to say I enjoyed it a lot. I felt like I did many small Halloween things throughout the month with family and friends and closed it with a Halloween dinner on the actual date, that made me feel like I felt years ago when we would go out trying to drink as many seasonal drinks and go to different events every weekend in October. Things have changed a little but, it was still as fun. I can say I finally saw everything in a much more positive way after having a couple of difficult Autumns.

To wrap it up, I'll share with you the pressies I received this year. It felt like Christmas! Well, maybe even a little better, hehe.

I'll start with the one from my sister because it was the first one I received. It came in 2 parts, one in a classic Jack-o'-lantern and the rest in the black box under it. The pic is not the best cuz I took it before opening everything, I just couldn't wait but, you can get an idea of how everything looked like when I got it.

First, we have the Jack-o'-lantern bucket, with this cool bats orange paper and the big, furry spider. The spider found it's place in my decor right away and I love it!

In the bucket, she also included this wooden signs that are absolutely adorable! They came with some stands to display them. I kinda want to leave the Haunted House one all year, hehe.

And then we have some Beetlejuice goodies! I am obsessed you guys. This year Halloween was all about 90s nostalgia! I got a Beetlejuice plushie, a keychain and 2 pins.

I'm still not over this napkins. They are so vintage! I don't even want to used them ever!

How magical is this witchy candle? it has dry flowers, small pumpkins and a jack-o'-lantern charm you can keep after burning the candle. It smells like Jolly Ranchers haha, and it is defo something I'm gonna keep out all year round.

Lastly we have an amulet my sister made and fall socks! 🧡

Next we have the boo basket I recieved in the exchange with my friends, along with extra pressies from my other friend. We decided to include Halloween or seasonal candy in the basket and set a budget for it.

The "basket" was a green skull bowl, perfect for snacks filled with different types of cande. I started eating the candy before taking this pic so, not eveything was included.

My basket also had this bag full of candy. I received one last year too and I love them because they feel like the Christmas stocking Tutsi pop have every year but, in a Halloween version.

This were gifts my other friend gave me. She said she had to cuz she knows how much I love this season. I am obsessed with the spook-o-rama Milka chocolate. The presentation is way too cool! I also received a seasonal Paleta Payaso and a Jack-o'-lantern soap. The skeleton cat plate was sent by her sister.

Closer look at the Jack-o'-lantern soap so you can see how cute it is. It smells good too!
I believed it was made by one of her students. She also sent my mom and sister soaps with other seasonal designs.
You can find more product here. They are handmade.

And well, since my friend is good with crafts, she made my name with halloween shapes! I love it and I'm also keeping this as an all year round thing.

On that same day we met other friends later and one of them gave us this cute Jack'-o-lantern plastic cups with some candy and some climbing plant seeds.

And lastly, Mom gave me this huge scented candle that, even tho it is not Halloween, there is something magical about candles. It is a berry - cardmon candle that smells delish! Plus it goes perfectly well with the colors I have in my house. It's my first time having a candle this big! I feel fancy, hehe. It also came with a chocolate pastry but, it didn't make it to the photo, hehe.

Of course I also made some Boo Baskets this year. The first 2 were for my family and the 3rd one for the exchange I had with my friends. I love making this things and I'm sure next year I'll try to make more for other friends too. I really put lots of love and effort in them. ⭐

It's sad that Halloween month is over but, it's still Autumn so, I'll continue enjoying my fav season with spooky stuff until Christmas is everywhere, hehe. Hope you had a wonderful October and a very fun Halloween!

๋࣭🕸๋࣭ ⭑Halloween Haul ๋࣭🕸๋࣭ ⭑

Every year I like to do some Halloween shopping to add new things to my decor and this year was no exception. I have too many things, including many random trinkets. I really wanted to buy things that were a little bit more useful without loosing the spooky vibe cuz, even tho I love decorating, I also like to keep my house functional.

I'm gonna start with 2 things I bought last year when spooky season was over  and didn't have the chance to use/display. These two are from Prichos, which is a kind of dollar store you can find in some Walmart stores over here.

First, we have this cute witch hat candle. I totally forgot I had it until I started decorating this year. It is pretty simple, yet cute. It's black with some silver details. It has this sublte incense scent. Honestly, I just want it for decoration, I don't thing I'll ligth it. It's pretty, I'd feel bad.

Next we have this black oven glove (not sure if that's the right name~) with cute ghosties all over it. I believe this was the collection Prichos had last year. I'm slowly trying to buy more Halloween kitchen stuff to use during the season so, yeah. I wish I could've bought matching kitchen towels too.

Now, let's move on to the things I bought this year.

I initially wanted this bat liquid soap dispenser for the bathroom but I realized it was too big so I decided to keep it in the kitchen. They had a skull and a ghost too but when I went back to get another one, they were gone. It is plastic but the quality isn't bad.

How cool is this spider vase? I fell in love with it when I first saw it and went back to get it a couple of weeks later. I didn't plan it but, it was destiny, haha. I love it because it matches the spider tablecloth I recently bought.

This has to be one of my favorites this year, a Nightmare before Christmas wine bottle top. I saw these at Walmart and automatically knew I needed. It came in a set of two, I'm keeping one and giving the other away as part of the Halloween pressies this year. It is something I'll use all year long, not only this season.

I decided to upgrade my tablecloth this year! Hehe. I used to buy those plastic ones and, even tho they were durable, I defo think the house looks better with a nicer one. This one has spiders and cobwebs all over it. I have to admit, it looks a little elegant and I love it! They had a matching table run but I only saw it once, I wanted to buy both but, I couldn't find it anymore.

Lastly we have Thing from The Addams Family (more like from Wednesday in this case). I've been an Addams fan since I was a small girl and my first idea was to get it to complete a Halloween pressie but then, checking Amazon, I found 2 for the same price I saw a smaller version so yeah, it was too good to resist.

Even tho it looks slighly different from the pics online, I think it looks great! It is made out of latex, has a very realistic size and good details. It's a great prop and I loooove how it looks standing next to my decor this year.

And, that is it for now. I've been buying other things for pressies that I might share later in the month. I'm sure I'll buy more things for my house too so there could be a second Halloween haul post or, I'll just save them for next year. We'll see!

Welch's Halloween Fruit Snacks 🦇

To continue with with some fun and delish seasonal snacks that are perfect for the month, here are the Welch’s Mixed Fruit Halloween Snacks, I've been enjoying them since the Summer to have a little bit of a Summerween kind of thing, haha.

We all know how yummy Welch's gummies are, but I find these extra special because of the halloween shapes and the presentation on the box.

The bestie and I decided to share the 85 pouches box but I think this particular presentation is perfect for parties, trick or treaters or Halloween goodie bags. These are from Costco but I've seen a smaller verion at Walmart and, I'm sure you can find them online too.

Each pouch comes with 6-7 gummies in the shape of a pumpkin, witch, bat, ghost and a haunted house. Love them, they are way too cute!

Close-up to the gummies. They are absolutely cute! I tried to picture the best ones I could find. Sometimes they just look like blobs. Hehe.

As we know, these gummies are made with real fruit. The Halloween snacks come in 5 different flavors: grape, peach, orange, strawberry and raspberry. The peach one has to be my fav!

And well, this is a pretty short (and random) post cuz there's not much to say about gummies! Plus, I think most of you already know them but, I thought it'd be a cute thing to add to the favorite season posts here on the blog.

Wish you all a very happy and fun spooky season!🦇

🪲 Beetlejuice Beetlejuice Haunted Apple Fanta 🪲

I waited a little to share this drink because I thought it'd be the perfect way to welcome spooky month. Beetlejuice Beetlejuice is out and I couldn't be happier. I've been a Beetlejuice fan since I was a girl, I love the first movie and also the animated series. My sister and I would watch them on TV and rent (yeah, that's how old we are~~~~) them over and over.

Watching the new movie was the perfect way to welcome the Fall season! And I have to say, I really, really liked it! It was everything I expected, it had things I didn't see coming and we just loved how they kept the essence of the first movie, even including some lo-fi stop motion sequences. My 90's inner girl couldn't be happier.

Moving on, every year I like to try Fanta's Halloween flavors, they are fun and you know, I love trying seasonal stuff. This year, as the name says, it is green apple flavor. I like everything green apple so it was a yay for me, haha. It is super green, totally Beetlejuice but, honestly, flavor is nothing out of the ordinary. I think I've tried more interesting ones other years. It tastes like those green apple gummy rings without the sour part. Like I said, it's good but there's no mystery to it.

The presentation we got over here is a 235ml can. I've seen a bottle version online but dunno if I'll ever find it, hehe.

I've seen the cans in the U.S. and I love how they have the characters on it. Here we just got a striped can in Bettlejuice's classic colors: Black and white and a hint of green. Not complaining tho, I really like it but, I wish I could get other characters too! At least a Lydia one since she's always been my fav.

This Fanta comes with a QR code that takes you to their official site and I believe you can (or could) get free tickets for the movie or something like that.

I'd love to see more brands having collabs with Beetlejuice soon. For now, I'll keep buying my haunted apple sodas as part of October's vibe.

Tell me! Have you tried this Fanta yet? If so, what did you think?

Have a fun and spooky month guys, see ya! 🖤

Halloween pressie 2023 💀

I know Halloween is over but, I still have something to show you, hehe. On the weekend before halloween, I had some activities with my friends and family. On saturday, we had a Halloween celebration with my family in which we decided to have a presents exchange. I loved it because, it felt like Christmas! Haha. So I wanted to show you what I recieved and a quick peek into what I gave too.

My sister received a gift from my mom. She included a skull figure, some candy and seasonal cookies and some decoration goodies for her house. I also gave her a small pressie but I forgot to take a pic of it.

And I got mom. Since she doesn't really love Halloween, I tried to include mostly seasonal snacks and drinks and only a couple of actual Halloween goodies. In the end, I really liked how her pressie turned out.

Here's what I put in the bucket (that I'm not showing in the pic...). The bucket reminded me of the Mc D's halloween buckets they had many years ago. The nostalgia!

Now, let's move on to my pressies!

These are the only pics I took of the pressie before I took everything out. But, you still get the idea of how it looked like.

Now I'll show you what came in the pressie.

Everything came in this bucket, I was so happy to receive one of these too! I really wanted one. It was decorated with a gold fall garland.

First, we have some "Fangs" Cheetos and even tho they are not really a seasonal snack, I love to buy them during this time. They are just perfect!

I also receive this Jack O' Lantern that ligths up with batteries.

Then we have some "pan de muerto"  cookies.

Idk if this is everywhere but here, during Christmas, there is a plastic stocking filled wirh candy and I loooooved the fact that this year they also came out with a similar thing for halloween. This one comes with different kinds of candy.

I also received some cute stationery

and a trick or treat bag that I will be using as a shopping bag all year, hehe

Halloween gummies

I'm in love with these reusable ice cubes.

Witch hat lolli

Chocolate eggies

And, that's my pressie! My mom also gave me a bag full of yummies.

I'm still eating halloween candy and it makes me happy. I wanted to share this before October was over but, life's been super busy lately and I just couldn't put everything together. Anyway, November feels like a transition month to me, from spooky season to Christmas so, I thought I could still share it. Guess with this we officially close Halloween season.

I really hope you had a great month in general and a very happy Halloween! 💀
