My September Favorites.

Bye bye September and hello October / Fall!!
I just realize I skipped last month's favorites post...(°3°)
Guess between going back to work, the coffee place and stuff I forgot~ But I'm back with September's favs and maybe a thing or two from last month's.

I'll start with food just because I was way too excited with these two. I finally got the chance to try Meiji Chocolate! Yay! I've tried other Meiji goodies before but this chocolate always caught my eye when I saw it on the internet. The whole presentation looks too good! hehee. I'm happy I found a place to actually buy it, and even though it was a little expensive for a chocolate bar, it was definitely worth it. Big yum!!

People already know Autumn is my favorite season. And I pretty much wait all year to try Starbucks Autumn seasonal drinks, especially my beloved Pumpkin Latte. It gets me into that early Halloween-ish mood. Speaking of Starbucks, earlier this month I bought this reusable plastic cup for a super low price and the thing I like about it is that it works as a thermo, you can use it up to 30 times and actually have your Starbucks drinks in there when you go to the shop. Aside from that, I think it is really cute.

As for beauty products, a few months ago I bought Missha Oil Control Film sheets but I didn't used them until this month. They come in very handy! Especially in this hot weather, my skin gets a little oily. They help you absorb the oil on your skin with just patting them on your oily areas without removing your makeup. The package I got has only 25 sheets but they have bigger packages too.

And last but no least is this cutie I randomly saw while doing some grocery shopping, a Spiderman liquid soap which I don't really use, it became part of my room decor. Hehee. It is adorable! My mini crush!

And I think that'll be it for this month. I'm excited to see what October will bring!

~*My skin after using Korean sheet masks*~

Hello dollies!
In older posts I mentioned how I've been loving Korean face mask sheets as a treat on relaxing times but recently I started using them regularly and I've seen a great difference on my skin.

A while ago I saw on a beauty show that AfterSchool JungAh's secret for a beautiful and healthy skin was using this type of masks (not these brands in particular) everyday so, I thought I should give it a try.
The masks I've been using are from two different brands: The Cure and Dermal. Those two are gentle to my sensitive skin and have a very subtle smell.

There are a few differences between the two of them. Dermal masks are slightly bigger, (both are too big for my face though) they are also a little drier while The Cure ones are soaked in serum. After using The Cure ones my skin feels a little more oily(?) not in a bad way~ I don't know how to explain exactly. Hehe. But as the day goes by I see good results from both brands.

I don't use them everyday but 3 times a week usually at night when I have some free time to relax and let the product work all night.

How to use:
1. Cleanse throughly and dry your face.
2. Remove the pre-soaked mask from the packet.
3. Gently unfold the mask and apply lightly on your face using your fingertips.
4. Relax for 20~30 mins.
5. Lift off the mask and gently pat remaining serum into skin.

My skin definitely feels softer and looks brighter and healthier. I know this "routine" can be a little pricey if you plan to follow it regularly but it's worth it! It's been only a few weeks since I started and I'm happy with the results.

I'd love to try some other DERMAL products someday~

I got a haircut~ / Innocent Thing

Everytime I cut my hair I swear I won't do it again~ I don't like taking risks when it comes to haircuts, I usually keep it long, but it became too annoying, it was too much hair and it was already damaged so, it was time to get rid of all that.
I was already thinking of getting a trim but last week I finally got the chance to watch "Innocent Thing" and I loved Jo Bo Ah's haircut! She is such a gorgeous girl and great young actress. I am not brave enough to cut my hair that short but seeing the pictures of her actual look made me feel inspired to get mine done like hers. Who knows, maybe I'll cut it shorter next time. Hehee.

Speaking of "Innocent Thing"~ I was really excited to watch it since Jo Bo Ah is one of my favortie actresses and beauty icons. It took a while for it to be subbed so it was exciting to finally have the chance to watch it. The movie is a Romantic Thriller about a young girl who falls for her married teacher but, that gets ugly when she starts stalking him. If you are into those kinds of movies, deffo should check it out!

I believe changes are always good, even when it comes to haircuts so, this is my new, refreshing look for this Autumn! I'm still getting used to it, my head feels so light now!
What do you guys think?

My 10 biggest anime crushes~ ♥

Hi guys!
The other day I was randomly talking with my sister about our crushes, whether they were actors, movie or anime characters, singers, etc. Kinda making top 10s and stuff.
So I thought, why not making a post about my 10 biggest anime crushes~? I grew watching anime and well, I still do at times. They were SO many! It was hard to pick only 10 but, here we go!

They are in no particular order...

1. Sagara Sousuke (Full Metal Panic) Who is really the cutest military guy ever! He's so clueless about life and he's a gun freak but... I gotta love this guy even when I feel like punching him in the face.

2. Himura Kenshin (Rurouni Kenshin / Samurai X) He's just the coolest Samurai ever! PERIOD! I love everything about him~~~

3. Okita Souji (Hakuouki) At first Hijikata-San was my favorite but slowly Okita stole my heart! There's something about his attitude and personality that make him so attractive.

4. Kudo Shinichi (Detective Conan) He's such a smart guy when it comes to solving cases but a little slow with love~ The strong bond he shares with Ran was one of the things that made me fall for him.

5. Rivaille Levi (Shingeki No Kyojin / Attack on Titan) Levi Heichou is just fascinating! He's strong, smart, a great leader and... I could go on! Hehe~ He's one of the most interesting characters I've seen!

6. Chiba Mamoru AKA Tuxedo Mask (Sailor Moon) Mamo-Chan was pretty much my first anime crush ever! Who wouldn't want a smart and mature boyfriend like him? I love his original version but the SM Crystal version of him is SO good looking too! Hard not to fall for him all over again~ ♥

7. Tenoh Haruka (Sailor Moon) Haruka will be the only manly girl(?) making it to this list. I ship her with Michiru so much! The way she is so protective and possessive with her is so cute, they also have a very strong bond. That and the whole car racing thing makes her attractive... hehe hee.

8. Ryoji Kaji (Neon Genesis Evangelion) People always have opinions on whether I should like Kaji or not~~~ I honestly like him way too much! There's something mysterious about him and he has this "bad boy" look that yeah, makes me fall for him.

9. Midou Ban (GetBackers) Even though he's basically unemployed and always in need for money, he is so sexy!

10. Komuro Takashi (High School of the Dead) If I had to choose someone to be in a zombie apocalypse with, it'd be Takashi! He's just a regular high school student but he showed he can be a great leader and a protective, strong guy. I'd like to ride a motorcycle with him...*daydreams* LOL

So, that was my list, I feel bad because I left all this other characters out of the list but, it would've been a an endless post!
Hope you all like my little list and make sure to share your anime crushes (boys or girls) with me!

See you next time!

F(x) Red Light "Half Face Makeup" inspired look

Hello, hello!
I've been listening to F(x) a lot lately and yeah, Red Light has been on repeat all the time. Their latest album is pretty good! You guys should definitely check it out if you are into KPop.

The whole Red Light concept is pretty cool, kinda dark in a fun and stylish way so, why not trying their "half face makeup" just for fun. I tried to create something like what Sulli was wearing (kinda!), and even though I'm not close to look as pretty as she does, it was fun to try her look for a while.
This is not a tutorial on how to create that look, but it's pretty easy to make by just looking at their promo pictures. It's not something I would wear outside the house hehe, that's why I captured it in some photos...

Hope you guys like them! ^^

I kinda look creepy here~ hehe

Here's the album's tracklist:

1. Red Light
2. MILK
3. 나비 (Butterfly)
4. 무지개 (Rainbow)
5. All Night
6. 바캉스 (Vacation)
7. 뱉어내 (Spit it out)
8. Boom Bang Boom
9. Dracula
10. Summer Love
11. 종이 심장 (Paper heart)

Summer cleaning and giving away!

Hi hi!

This Summer has been definitely a busy one! I've been helping my sister with a great project she has going on. But even though we've been all over the place, I'm taking some time to make a huge room cleaning. And basically, it's not only cleaning, I'm also getting rid of the things I no longer use. I always wait until summer break to spend some time doing it since it's my longer break.

I can't believe all the things I have, and sometimes it's hard to find room for everything so, I pretty much separate what I really use and what I don't use anymore and give it to people who actually need it.
I still have some toys and things I had when I was a little girl and even though I love them, it's always good to make some space for the new things.
What I usually do is show the stuff I'm giving away to my close friends (and family) to see if they want to keep something. Once they check out my stuff, I give the rest to people in need.
This time I went through some makeup, perfumes, clothes, toys and even some decoration items. I always make sure I'm giving away things that are in good condition. Some of them were never even worn / used.

So, even though it takes a while to go through everything (It usually takes like a week) I feel really good doing it.
I think we all should try doing that at least once. It makes me happy to know that the things I don't use anymore can make someone happy.

My July Favorites~!

Hello babies and hello August!

Since the month just started it's not /too/ late to post July favories. My laptop just died and it's a little hard for my to blog since I had all my photos and stuff in there~ It'll be checked soon and I'm keeping my fingers crossed to be able to save what I had in there. I have no back up so...yeah~

For now, I'm blogging from my sisters laptop. Ok, let's move on to my favorite things of the month of July:

On my last visit to Missha I got a super bright and beautiful nail polish perfect for Summer time that has become one of my favorites so far. I'm even wearing it on my toe nails now. The quality is great and it really makes me wanna get more of their nail polishes.

Speaking of Summer and even though I think I already mention this one in an earlier post is my Mary Kay SunCare sunscreen. My skin is very sensitive and it's always good to have it protected, especially because I've been out and about lately under the sunlight. It has SPF 50 and it doesn't leave a white screen on your skin. It's easy to wear with makeup.

From beauty and skin care products to drinks!
I'm obsessed with Banana Milk, it's funny cuz I don't really like bananas but, I can't stop drinking those! I crave them on the most random times. But now I realized that same brand has strawberry milk! And it tastes as good! So yummy!

I finally found a place close enough where I can buy bubble tea! I'm so happy! Bubble tea has been the favorite refreshing drink of my Summer break! I drink it at least once a week. ♥

Also, this month my man Kim Hyun Joong released a new album called "Timing" along with Japanese singles. Honestly I've been paying more attention to Timing. The songs are so good as expected, I can tell he grew as a singer and well... what can I say? He never dissapoints. (♥3♥)
I totally recommend it if you like KPop.

And finally, something me and my sister where really excited about was the release of "Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon Crystal"
Sailor Moon was our childhood obsession, so we couldn't miss this "remake"
We've seen the first episodes and so far, I love it! I'm already fangirling over Tuxedo Mask all over again!
If you loved Sailor Moon, make sure to check this one out!

And that'll be it for now, I'm not sure how often I'll blog until my laptop is back but, I hope to see you all soon!
big X
