Pumpkins everywhere!

Hey loves!
So, my last "Halloween nails" were a big fail, lol. They didn't lasted a week! I'm too disappointed on the Velvet Effect nail polish~~~~~

But, since everyone knows how much I love Halloween, I've been getting early Halloween gifts and goodies, part of what my mom has gave me was this orange nail polish from Equate (which I never tried before until now) and it's appropiately named "Pumpkin"

I love how bright this color is! You don't need to apply too many coats to get the exact color of the bottle. So even though I don't have any nail art on my nails I feel like I'm having something Halloween related. The Purple gives it a little extra themed thing.

Along with my nail polish I got other Pumpkin goodies this week~ 

Sweet Sweet Cafe started a Halloween promo called "Murder Mystery Coppie"
There has been a murder on Sweet Sweet Cafe, and you could be guilty! Byuing their seasonal Candy Corn Cappuccino you'll find out. And if you happen to be guilty of murder, you get a gift! Of course, as a Halloween lover I had to try this coffee and see if I was guilty. Big yay! I got a pumpkin glass filled with halloween yummies and chocolate pepero along with a yummy cappuccino.

And this year I finally added a pumpkin plate to my kitchen halloween stuff. It's funny cuz I didn't had one. Mom gave it to me with the nail polish and other cuties.

Can you tell I enjoy making Halloween part of my everyday during this month? kkkk~

5 of my favorite horror online games~

Hi there!
Something I always enjoy doing in my free time is to play online games. I'm not really a console games addict but I do download a few or play online every once in a while. I've played a bit of everything but my favorites are definitely horror games.
It is hard to find really scary ones, some are just jumpy but, the stress of not knowing what's going to happen makes it all fun.

Here are some of my favorites for halloween season. (In no particular order)

* Dungeon Nightmares: You wake up in a big, dark Dungeon and you have to find some things around to collect such as candles and gold bars and an artifact before you leave the place. You have to survive 7 nights (I think). But you are not alone! There's this creepy girl(?) folowing you at the most random times. It really freaked me out everytime she came around. I haven't been able to finish all the nights. Even though levels feel a little long sometimes, it is a fun and scary game to play.

* Eyes The Horror Game: I played this one a while ago so I can't remember the exact story but, I think you enter an old house to rob it, but this house is hunted. You have to find a certain amount of bags filled with money (I think) but there's a flying head around the house and you have to hide from it, it can't find you or you'll lose what you've collected. Once you have the amount of money the exit opens and you can leave the house. This may not sound too scary but this game is entertaining. And even though the flying head is not that creepy, I got all nervous when I had to run or hide from it.

* One Late Night: This game was a little confusing, to be honest. But I enjoyed the whole feeling of being "alone" in your working place and finding out some strange things start to happen. It is hard to follow all the steps to finish the game the right way. I think when I played it I had the bad ending, so I had to watch a walkthrough to find what should've happened.

* Which: Here you are basically trapped inside a house with a...headless and heartless girl who won't harm you IF you do things right. You have to follow a few things and find some objects to get out of the house. There are 2 endings, the good and the bad one and of course...I got the bad one. Lol. This one is not too scary but I kinda got into it. Plus, the headless girl following you around makes it kinda creepy.

* Hide and Seek: I never actually finished this game cuz I suck at hiding and I was too slow when I needed to do it. But you are supposed to hide from a killer at different parts of the house you're in and you can't come out until the killer leaves the room, so you have to be alert to all the noises you hear.

As I was writing this, I realized I'm not so good whit horror games! I always get the bad endings or die in the middle of playing, but I sure do have a lot of fun playing them. If you guys decide to play some of these games or have played them before, let me know!
You can find all these games online. Some of them are for download and some others are just to play online, all for free. Sad thing about playing online is that sometimes you can't save your progress~

"Spooky" Black Velvet

Hi, hi!

Even though I'm not good at all with nail art, I always /try/ to do something themed when Halloween time comes. I haven't had much time to do something great with them so, I came up with this super easy and quick design. I know it's not something too cool but hey! I tried~ hehe.

Basically what I really wanted to use was the Velvet Effect nail polish I bought a few months ago and never used it until now. It is Amourett Velvet Effect "Spooky" (MQ169)
I thought the name of the nail polish would be perfect for the Halloween month.

What I like about it is that it gives an opaque effect more than a velvet-ish(?) one. It dries super fast but sadly, it doesn't last too long, it cracks after a day or two so I have to keep applying coats to make it look decent. Too keep the Velvet effect avoid applying a top coat.
Along with this black color, I used a purple one, purple and black make a good Halloween combination! I kinda made a stich wannabe thing on one of my nails and used small black stars on the other.

So, these are not perfect nails but at least they are Holiday themed... lol.
I'll try to make something a little better next time~~~~~~~~~

Mini Haul: Etude House

Hello sweets!
Even though I thought October will be all about Halloween related posts, this is something I'm too excited about! Hehe.

I've been wanting to get some Etude House for a while now and I finally got the chance to buy some of their products. Not only because they are really, really cute, but also because I've heard and read so many good comments on their quality. I didn't bought any makeup this time but I'm anxious to try what I got. Yay!

And yeah, aside from the good quality and cuteness of Etude House's products, I'm also excited because F(x) Sulli and Krystal have been promoting some of their stuff, Sulli is one of my favorite members so I definitely will try some of the products she's wearing next time. Hehe.

4 Short Horror Films~

Hi spooks! 

One of the things I like the most is to watch horror movies or, short horror films. I've seen so many so far, but I'm picking only 4 and sharing them to watch this Halloween month.

* 이계도함수 (A function) I'm including this Korean short horror film because exams can be pretty scary, I think more than one can relate to this feeling when they are/were in exams. I know I can! Hehe

* 봉천동 귀신 (Bongcheon-Dong) I don't know if this can be included as a short film because it's more like a comic thingy but, I really liked it and decided to share it with you all. I think it's scary for an animated thing.

Part of my Halloween activities was to visit the Inquisition Torture Methods and Devices exposition with my girls. They also talked about Witch Hunt! Definitely a good place to visit, it's worth it. Sadly they don't allow you to take photos~~~~~

Can't forget October is Breast Cancer Awareness month.

Is it too early to start putting some Halloween gifts together? I don't think so! Hehe.
