The Avengers Black Widow inspired Makeup

Hello there!
Even though The Avengers came out like a month ago, it's still everywhere! I have to say I loved The Age Of Ultron movie, I think I even liked it more than the first one!
I don't think you guys know but, Hawkeye and Black Widow are my favorite Avengers. I love how badass Natasha is! She is super sexy, beautiful and knows how to fight, who wouldn't like to be like that?

So, this time I wanted to try her makeup style, which honestly, was a little hard to check. Her makeup changes from the Iron Man movies to the Avengers. And it took me a while to figure what colors to use and stuff. Cuz if you looks at her, her makeup is not too elaborated, it's almost kinda natural! Something you can use everyday. I also noticed that from one Avengers movie to an other, her eyes change a bit, from grey-ish to brown-ish colors. Anyways, I decided to go for browns.

I should've tried this before dying my hair brown! It would've looked way better with my ginger hair~~~~ oh well...
I'm not gonna list the actuall products I used but only the colors, because everyone uses different brands and stuff so, yeah.

As usual, I started with some BB cream, then some concealer and finally some pressed powder to create an even skin and cover some red spots, dark circles and...my sick face! (I have a cold~~~)

I filled in my brows using a lighter color than my brows because she doesn't have super strong brows, but they are a little thicker than mine.

* Eyes

I used the first color as the base appying it on the eyelids. It doesn't look as shimmery once you apply it. The second color which is a peachy beige goes on the mobile eyelid and the last color, the dark brown was applied on the crease, from the outer corner of the eye to the middle of my eye. I also applied some of this brown shadow on the outer 3rd of my lower lash line, as close to my lashes as possible and kinda winged it out a little, blending it to make it softer.
As you see, I used colors from different palettes.

Once I was done with the eye shadow I applied some black eyeliner, drawing a super thin line starting a little far from the inner corner of my eye. I didn't really winged it out. Then some black mascara only on my upper lashes. She doesn't have that super long lashes look so, 1 coat was more than enough.

* Lips

Scarlett Johansson has beautiful super voluptuous lips, so to kinda create that effect I used a creamy nude lipstick as a base to make my lips look fuller, outlining them with a brush. And then, on top of that I applied a soft pink lipstick that has a slight plumping effect. I mean, they might not look as good as hers but, it does the job! hehe.

* Cheeks

I don't really contour my face ever, but this time I used a bronzer on my cheekbones to define that line, and applied some pink blush on the apples of my cheeks.

So this is my version of Black Widow's makeup on The Avengers The Age Of Ultron. Some friends and people I know have suggested me to cosplay as her so, I definitely will someday!
And here are a few more photos...sorry for the spam!!

after soooo many serious faces, here's a different one! Not too Black Widow-ish tho!

I really hope you guys liked this inspired look, let me know if you want me to try other character's makeup or a certain look.

My Simple Everyday Makeup.

Hello sweets!

Today I'm gonna show you my super simple everyday makeup. This one is especially for my sweet friend Jaydee.

As time goes by I feel like less is more when it comes to makeup, so I think this look would be easy to create if you're starting with makeup or if you don't feel like using too many products or tricky techniques.
This is what I usually do with my makeup for work, it also takes me only about 15 minutes to do it so, it is really a good option for those who have not much time in the mornings.

I've been obsessing over lip tints and gradient lips lately!

Here are the products I used:
♥ Garnier BB Cream. Skin Renew Miracle Skin Perfector. In "light/Medium". I have to say that this is /not/ my favorite BB Cream to use (not saying it's bad though) but after trying some Korean BB Creams, others just don't feel the same. I'm basically using this one to finish it. I would feel bad throwing it away if it still has product left. The coverage is good but the color is a bit too dark for my skin tone~

♥ Beauty Control Extra Help Concealer. In "light" My dad gave me a few of this a while ago and sadly I'm running out of this one and since I don't know where to find it, I'll have to try a new concealer. This one is very thick, that's why I use just a little of it. It's a really good concealer though.

♥ Etude House Baby Doll Puff. Aside from being really cute, beauty blenders help you to have a more natural finish when applying your foundation, concealer, etc.

♥ Meilaya Pressed Powder. This is a Chinese brand, don't know if it's well known or not but it works good for me.

♥ CoverGirl Brush

♥ Kiotis Colors Brow Pencil "coffee"

♥ Kiotis Brow gel

♥ L.A. Colors Eye liner "Deepest Brown"

♥ L.A. Colors Eye Liner (AE665) "White"

♥ TonyMoly Cats Wink Mascara

♥ L,A. Colors Simmering Loose Eyeshadow w/brush in (SE111) "Snow White"

♥ Blush in "Rose Silk"

♥ Maybelline New York Baby Lips. 30 "Peach Kiss" Since I always have very dry and chapped lips, I try to apply a lip balm before lipstick. It has a very neutral color. Baby Lips + Orange/Coralish lip tins = ♥ hehe,

♥ Etude House Color Pop Shine Tint. #03 "Vita Pop!"

I hope you guys liked this look, I'm leaving the video version down below for those who are not really into reading and feel more like watching.

This is also my first makeup related video ever! I'm not too sure how I feel about it though and I'm sorry for the bad audio~ I'm still learning a lot about editing. Hehe. What do you guys think?

F(x) Red Light "Half Face Makeup" inspired look.

Hello, hello!
I've been listening to F(x) a lot lately and yeah, Red Light has been on repeat all the time. Their latest album is pretty good! You guys should definitely check it out if you are into KPop.

The whole Red Light concept is pretty cool, kinda dark in a fun and stylish way so, why not trying their "half face makeup" just for fun. I tried to create something like what Sulli was wearing (kinda!), and even though I'm not close to look as pretty as she does, it was fun to try her look for a while.
This is not a tutorial on how to create that look, but it's pretty easy to make by just looking at their promo pictures. It's not something I would wear outside the house hehe, that's why I captured it in some photos...

Hope you guys like them! ^^

I kinda look creepy here~ hehe

Here's the album's tracklist:

1. Red Light
2. MILK
3. 나비 (Butterfly)
4. 무지개 (Rainbow)
5. All Night
6. 바캉스 (Vacation)
7. 뱉어내 (Spit it out)
8. Boom Bang Boom
9. Dracula
10. Summer Love
11. 종이 심장 (Paper heart)

Gwen Stacy inspired make-up

Hi guys!
Many people know I am a huge Spider-man fan, he is actually my superhero crush, and since The Amazing Spider-Man 2 just premiered I kinda felt like trying Gwen's make-up. Plus, it's been a while since I did something make-up related! I barely wear eye shadow lately. It is a change.

Gwen has some big expressive eyes, so I tried to focus on that. Soft purples and lots of eye liner, pink lips and soft pink cheeks.
I also had to fill in my eyebrows, she has strong ones and mine are just too thin. I used some brown eye shadow to create a "fuller" look.

* Eyes:
I used the soft pink in the middle as my base color, then moved on to the lilac on and finally the purple on the outer corner of my eyes.
Black eye liner from L.A. Colors "Black" (P601)
Cats Wink Mascara from Tony Moly

* Face:
BB cream Super+ Beblesh Balm Triple Functions from Skin79
Pressed powder from Rimmel London. (sandstorm 004)

*Cheeks:
Rose Silk 32 Jordana

*Lips:
Avon Color Trend Pop Love "Strawberry" Valentine's day limited edition. (I love this color! And it smells delicious!)

And for my hair (This is not really Gwen related) one of my friends and co-workers helped me to curl my hair using her Conair Xtreme Instant Heat Hot Rollers. I've never used hot rollers before, or any kind of rollers. I really, really liked how these rollers work, the heat super fast and curling your hair is way faster than my regular curling method and my curls lasted for a long time.

This is how the rollers look. I'm definitely thinking about getting one of these for myself.

My everyday makeup

Hi sweeties!
It's been a while since I've done something make-up related. Life's been kinda busy lately so, it's hard to find time to try new looks! Instead of my everyday black eye liner I changed it to a brown one. I wasn't  sure if I was gonna like it or not but I actually do. It looks a little more natural than the black one (not saying I don't like it anymore) and somehow, I'm having a "less is more" moment when it comes to make up these days.
This has been my everyday look probably since Autumn started. Along with the brown eye liner, I've been using a white eye liner on my lower eyelid. I think it gives it a fresh and cute look to my eyes.
The one I'm using is L.A.Colors P612 White. (yes! I'm still loving these eye liners)

Sorry for its look! I've been using this one a lot and it already looks... used! hehee
I'm also using a peachy blush on my cheeks and a very soft berry lipstick that also keeps my lips hydrated during these cold days.

xx

True Blood inspired make-up: Nora.

Hi loves!

I had a lot of fun trying Pam's make-up a while ago and I wanted to try some other True Blood inspired looks since then. I got the suggestion to try Nora's. (played by Lucy Griffiths)

Nora's make-up is totally different from Pam's. It's really soft and pink. I actually liked it! It could be used as an everyday look. Since Nora is a Vampire, it was kinda hard to find the exact colors she uses since she's always in the dark but, after looking at tons of pics I came out with this.

This will be my Nora palette from now on! Lol. The pink color was the base and the brown-goldish one helped me to create a deeper look applying it on the upper lid of the eyes. The one that's missing was a lovely sand color I used to love but sadly, it's gone. I never thought I would use the other 2 colors much til now.
I also used some black eye liner, pink blush and a pale pink lipstick.

And that's pretty much it from Eric's sister...

Secret Agent N1 concealer
Rimmel London base powder 004 Sandstorm
Fleur eye shadow L.A. Colors eyeliner P601 Black
Maybelline New York Volume'Express mascara
Jordana 32 Rose Silk Blush

True Blood inspired make-up: Fangtasia's leading lady, Pam.

Hello tasty humans!

Pam (played by the beautiful Kristin Bauer Van Straten) has always been one of my favorite True Blood characters, and since season 6 keeps getting better and more intense each episode I decided to try a Pam inspired look. Sadly I couldn't match it with a hairstyle cuz my hair is way shorter than hers.

Pam always wears awesome outfits and in my opinion her make-up is pretty much about the eyes. For this look I wore smoky eyes using two shades of grey, black and lots of eyeliner and mascara. A very soft Pink blush and 2 different lipsticks to kinda create 2 versions of this look since I've seen Pam wearing super bright lips and soft and natural ones. I don't have Pam's super sexy, voluptuous lips though. :P

Softer lips look.

Red lips look.

I had lots of fun trying this look on even though I never wear this much make-up. Hope you guys like it!

Secret agent N1 concealer
Rimmel London base powder 004 Sandstorm
L.A. Colors Stormy (EP46) eyeshadow palette
Profusion Matte Eyeshadow 90 (black eyeshadow)
L.A. Colors Eyeliner P601 Black
Maybelline New York Volume'Express mascara
Jordana 32 Rose Silk blush
Avon Hot Cappuccino (softer lips)
Avon Pop Red (bright lips)

FOTD: Black and Silver

Hey babies!
Since I liked the "Black and Gold" look so much I decided to try creating the same look using one of my favorite colors on accessories, silver.

As I did on the other look, we'll start with a black base on the eyes.

Here comes the silver! I used my L.A. Colors "Stormy" (EP46) eye shadow palette.
The color I'm pointing at is the one used over the black.

Stormy (EP46)

This time I used a white eye shadow to highlight the inner corner of the eye plus, of course, some eyeliner and mascara.

Lipstick this time is super natural since the eyes are dark. I'm wearing Avon Color trend "Hot cappuccino.

Add some blush and... you're ready.

Closer look to the eye finished look (sorry for the red eye)

I would definitely try this look to go out at night, hope you guys like it!

Silver-ish kiss! X
