How I do my eyebrows (UPDATED)

Hello sweets!
Since my last How I do my eyebrows post, a few things have changed on how I do them. I have two new ways I do it, depending on how much time I have to get ready.
I also have new products I use. Not saying I dont like the Kiotis Colors Brow Pencil anymore but, I've been more into a lighter shade lately.

OK! Let's start!

The way I do my brows during the week, on my working days (because I need something fast) is super simple and easy, the 2 products I use are brow mascaras/gel.

STEP 1. I brush my eyebrows with a transparent gel to shape them the way I want.

STEP 2. I apply the Kiotis Colors Brow Mascara in color Brown (4052) which is slightly lighter than my actual brow color. This way they'll look fuller.

The bad thing about this mascara is that it is not waterproof~ I haven't had a bad disaster yet but once it has contact with water, the color comes easy really easy.

And well, that's pretty much it for my everyday brows.

The other way, the one for the weekends or whenever I have a little more time is using a light brown brow pencil (which I have not details on because I threw away the box a while ago) that /I think/ can match many brow colors.

STEP 1. I gently fill in my brows drawing some soft lines along them. Then I blend them.

STEP 2. I apply the brow gel to help them stay in place for a long time.

And...Voila! Nothing too complicated! I'm happy with these two ways of filling my brows at the moment.

Bye bye~!

Collective Haul: Clothes, shoes and makeup!

Hello lovely people!
Here is a quick collective haul of things I've bought last month. and a few from this month.
I really wanted to make a June favs post but, literally, the end of the school year kept me busy!

I will start with the clothing pieces.
♥ Forever 21 high wasted blue jeans. I didn't really checked the size, just looked at the price and bought them. When I got home I was scared they would be too small but luckly, they were the perfect size. Big yay! I've been loving them even tho I'm not the biggest fan of high waist jeans. I like these because they make my legs look longer!

♥ H&M Casual Jacket. I think it's too adorable! This wasn't on sale but I fell for it! It's super comfortable and very easy to match. I like the ruffle detail it has. It's so girly!

♥ CCP flowy blouse. I loved it, they had it on 3 different colors and I think it is super comfortable to wear cuz it's very thin and flowy. I'm thinking about getting the other colors too.

♥ Look Kool "First I need Coffee" short sleeve sweatshirt. The quote just caught my eye. It's my everyday first thought.

Moving on to makeup~
I bought 2 thingies for my brows.
The first one is a brown mascara from KIOTIS Colors in number "4052 Brown" and even tho the color doesn't look too dark, it's darker once you apply it, so I always try to use just a little of it to give an extra something to my eyes. Cool thing is, once it dries, it helps my brows to stay in place all day.
The second one is a brow pencil I wasn't planning on buying yet but, it just came to me! (long story) I really liked it when I saw it on a catalogue cuz it is a very soft and pretty brown. Sad thing is, I threw away the box and now I don't know the name of the brand~~~~~~ or the color! But yeah, I've been loving it!

Left is the color of the brow pencil and right is the brown mascara.

And finally, shoes!
Lately, I've been really into these kind of shoes, not exactly sure how they are called tho!
The first pair are my oh-so-wanted silver shoes. I've been wanting silver shoes for the longest time now. They took forever to arrive, because the first time I got a number that was too big for me, and like a month later the right number arrived. I have to say that even tho I love them and how they look, they are not too comfortable~
The other pair I got are black ones with a golden chain. These are super comfortable! I don't know why but... they took forever to arrive too! They also had them in gray with animal print but I thought it was too much gray, considering the silver ones are gray-ish in a way.
I've been loving both of them! Hehe.

And, that'll be ot for this collective haul, just a few things here and there. Hope you all have a wonderful Summer!

How I do my eyebrows

Hello dolls!
It's been a while since I started experimenting with my different ways to fill my eyebrows.
I was born with natural thin brows and even though that would be great for some girls, it is hard for me to find ways to shape my brows since there is not much to work with.

You know what they say, "The thicker the brows, the younger you look" (ok! let's just try not to over do them and make them look extra thick and big)

Filling in the brows to make them look thicker has been a huge makeup trend since last year, and after trying different products and techiniques, I finally found the one that works for me. Yay.

People say you should always use a color that is lighter than your actual brow color to do it but, I think it pretty much depends on the look you want to give to your brows.

This is how my brows look like
So, this is what I'm currently using to fill in my brows:

♥ Kiotis Colors Brow Pencil. "Coffee" This is a medium brown color(?) slightly lighter than my actual brows. It is really easy to work with it and the cool thing about it is that on the other side of the pencil, it has a sponge to blend the color into your brows and create a much more natural look.

♥ Kiotis Colors Brow Gel. (I don't know if this one has a name because all the words it had on it, are gone. Hehe) This one can be used on both, eyelashes and brows. It has no color and it helps my brows to saty in place.

And this is how I fill them in:

♥ I start creating a few soft lines along my brows, focusing on the areas I want to fill in.

♥ Now using the sponge, I blend the color into my brows. First following the direction the hair grows and then on the oposite direction.

♥ To finish my brows I apply some brow gel along my brows, giving them the "shape" I want. This will help them to stay in place for longer time.

It takes me like 5 minutes (or less!) to do this every morning. The fun thing about this is that you can experiment with colors, shapes and products to see which one works best for you. And if you don't like it, you can easily clean it using whatever you use to remove your makeup.

It doesn't make a huge difference but, I like the results. ^^
That's pretty much it for my brows! Hehe.

My Simple Everyday Makeup.

Hello sweets!

Today I'm gonna show you my super simple everyday makeup. This one is especially for my sweet friend Jaydee.

As time goes by I feel like less is more when it comes to makeup, so I think this look would be easy to create if you're starting with makeup or if you don't feel like using too many products or tricky techniques.
This is what I usually do with my makeup for work, it also takes me only about 15 minutes to do it so, it is really a good option for those who have not much time in the mornings.

I've been obsessing over lip tints and gradient lips lately!

Here are the products I used:
♥ Garnier BB Cream. Skin Renew Miracle Skin Perfector. In "light/Medium". I have to say that this is /not/ my favorite BB Cream to use (not saying it's bad though) but after trying some Korean BB Creams, others just don't feel the same. I'm basically using this one to finish it. I would feel bad throwing it away if it still has product left. The coverage is good but the color is a bit too dark for my skin tone~

♥ Beauty Control Extra Help Concealer. In "light" My dad gave me a few of this a while ago and sadly I'm running out of this one and since I don't know where to find it, I'll have to try a new concealer. This one is very thick, that's why I use just a little of it. It's a really good concealer though.

♥ Etude House Baby Doll Puff. Aside from being really cute, beauty blenders help you to have a more natural finish when applying your foundation, concealer, etc.

♥ Meilaya Pressed Powder. This is a Chinese brand, don't know if it's well known or not but it works good for me.

♥ CoverGirl Brush

♥ Kiotis Colors Brow Pencil "coffee"

♥ Kiotis Brow gel

♥ L.A. Colors Eye liner "Deepest Brown"

♥ L.A. Colors Eye Liner (AE665) "White"

♥ TonyMoly Cats Wink Mascara

♥ L,A. Colors Simmering Loose Eyeshadow w/brush in (SE111) "Snow White"

♥ Blush in "Rose Silk"

♥ Maybelline New York Baby Lips. 30 "Peach Kiss" Since I always have very dry and chapped lips, I try to apply a lip balm before lipstick. It has a very neutral color. Baby Lips + Orange/Coralish lip tins = ♥ hehe,

♥ Etude House Color Pop Shine Tint. #03 "Vita Pop!"

I hope you guys liked this look, I'm leaving the video version down below for those who are not really into reading and feel more like watching.

This is also my first makeup related video ever! I'm not too sure how I feel about it though and I'm sorry for the bad audio~ I'm still learning a lot about editing. Hehe. What do you guys think?
