FOTD: 2 looks using the Sailor Moon x ColourPop eyeshadows

Hey there dollies!
I barely wear makeup these days but I thought it'd be fun to play with it a little and create 2 different looks using some these eyeshadows.
My makeup is never too dramatic, I try to keep things light and pretty, hehe. I tried to choose the shades I wouldn't normally go for, whch are mostly bright pink, yellow and orange. I'll list the rest of the products I used for each look.

Look #1

This first look is pretty natural even tho I used some bright colors on the eyes. That's why I wanted to keep the rest of it kinda neutral.

For the eyes I used "Justice" as a base and "Love" on the outer corner of the eye. And I applied some "Silver Miracle" to the lower eyelid to add a pop of shimmer. 

I have to say I love the shimmers in this palette.

Sadly, my camera barely catches the shimmers.

Look #2

Even tho this look and the first one look pretty similar, the shades I used are completely different. I applied "Moon Castle" as a base, "Tuxedo Rose" on the outer corner to give it a pop of color and "Mare Serenitatis" in the lower eyelid.

Makeup Haul!

Hello dollies!

I have a little makeup haul for you today. I know, I feel like I've making hauls too often but, there's a lot I wanna share! And when it comes to makeup, I get too excited, hehe.

Some of the products were gifts from Omma and I bought the others. I'll start with the gifts.

♥ NYX Eyebrow Pencil in Light Brown (EP01) the color is pefect for my ginger brows!

♥ Beauty Paris Nail Polish "Party" I'm really looking forward to usit for the holiday season. It is a very pretty red color. This one is from Spain.

♥ Kim Taylor Nail Polish "Sangria" (KT.103) which is a super pretty strawberry-ish deep color.

Now, here is what I bought in the past few days:

♥ Maybelline New York Color Show Nail Polish "Vintage Leather" I really liked the color cuz I thought it'd be great for the fall season. It has a leather-ish finish, it's super matte but sadly the durability is NOT good. My nails chapped the same day I applied it, I had to put SO many coats to keep them decent.

♥ Revlon Color Bust Lip Gloss in "Sunbaked" (044) I'm not a gloss lover but I really liked the color and thought it would be good for the fall season. I've been more into natural colors for my everyday makeup lately so, yeah. Not loving it tho!

♥ CoverGirl lipstick "Sultry Sensuelle" (200) this lipstick and the lip gloss look pretty similar. I actually wear them together sometimes. The thing I didn't liked about this one is that it dries my lips SO much, even when I wear chapstick before applying it.

Not happy with this lipstick...

I don't buy Maybelline or CoverGirl that often and I gotta say I'm a little disappointed with what I bought... Oh well~

I should stop buying stuff for now...at least for me! Gotta focus on my Christmas gift shopping! Would you like to see a Christmas shopping haul?? Let me know!

How I do my "carrot" brows

Hello babies!
I know I just posted an update on how I used to do my brows a while ago but since I am embracing my readhead-ness again, I had to find a new way to fill them in and make them match my hair. I already have orange brows but I still want them to look fuller and slightly thicker.

My mom just gave me the NYX Eyebrow Pencil in Light Brown (EP01) which is a very soft brown with an orange-ish tone to it that matches my hair perfectly! I also like the fact that it has a brush on one side of the pencil and the color on the other one.
The color is very long lasting and since the tip of the pencil is thin, it's very easy to work with while filling the brows.

I'm super duper happy with this pencil! Honestly, it is my first time using this brand but I highly recommend this pencil to my fellow redheads who want to fill their brows in a very natural way.

Along with this pencil, I'm still using the Kiotis brow gel to keep my brows in place for longer time.

RANDOM NOTE: "My carrot brows" LOL. My mom and I decided to call them like that since she calls me "carrot" because of my orange hair. hehe.
