Buffy the Vampire Slayer Inspired Makeup

Hello vamps!

So, not long ago Buffy the Vampire Slayer celebrated its 20th anniversary. I don't think you guys know but I was (and still am) a big fan of the show so I was very, very excited to see the cast reunited for an Entertainment Weekly photoshoot. They all look great! (Spike OMG! ♥)
Growing up I tried to copy many of her looks with no big success~ So since my obsession with Buffy is coming back I decided to try her makeup from season 6. Which was also one of my favorites.
And even tho I think I look more like Tara, I liked the result. It is nice for an everyday look.

this is the look I wanted to create
NOTE: Don't mind my awkward posing and weird serious expression...

♥ Face:
° TonyMoly Cover Pot Concealer Face Mix 01 Light Beige
° Elf Flawless Finish Foundation Porcelain (83111)
° KleanColor Ms. Chick Rose (2087)

♥ Eyes:
° L.A. Colors Matte Eyeshadow Mattifying (CEM481) As a base
° L.A. Colors Tea Time (EP45) for the gold touch
° H&M Volume mascara Black

♥ Brows:
° Nitro 24H Eyebrow Pencil
° Tanako Cool Brow Mascara Light

♥ Lips:
° She Makeup Watermelon 09
° Avon Color Trend Pop Orange
I mixed these two because I didn't have the perfecr shade. My lippies were too light or too dark for this color.

And, this is it for this look! Ah! I feel like re-watching the series all over again!

Drugstore Makeup Haul + others

Hello dollies!
A few days ago I went shopping with my mom to start looking for Christmas gifts and we discovered this store where they sell lots of drugstore brands and...I couldn't resist myself to buy a few things to try and see if they are worth it.
So, let's take a look at what I bought.

KLEANCOLOR Ms. Chick Universally Flattering Flush Blush.
I bought 2 colors, one is Rose (2087) whch is a beautiful pink shade and the other one is Apricot (2091), a peachy color.
Both are super pigmented so I gotta be careful when appying them. They have a big variety of colors, from pinks and natural peaches to bronzer colors. I liked them so much that I'm thinkng bout buying them all! Even got a Rose one for my mom too.
Plus, they are super cute! They remind me of cute little macaroons!

KLEANCOLOR American EyeCon Wet/dry baked shadow.
The one I got for me is in the color Khaki (SES12). It is a beautiful metallic sand shade, that in my opinion, looks nice as an everyday color. It doesn't look like too much.
This is my first time buying wet eyeshadows, apparently the color looks a lot stronger when you apply them wet. Still gotta try that! Using them dry was good too, the color looks really nice, and it lasts all day!
Then again, I bought the same color for my mom and a coral-ish one for my friend Liz. (she loved it!)

This is actually my first time using other products from KLEANCOLOR, I only bought some nail polihes before (which didn't make me too happy) but, I really think these products are better.

L.A. Colors Matte Eyeshadow.
I can't remeber the last time I bought an eyeshadow palette from L.A. Colors... I used to be obsessed with their nail polishes years ago and I own 2 or 3 eyeshadows from this brand. This one is a 4 matte colors called "Mattifying" (CEM481). I like these kind of earthy colors because they are so easy to match with everything and can be used everyday. Kinda neutral but pretty.
I also think this shades could be a good option for those who are starting with makeup for that same reason.

L.A. Colors Brow Pencil.
I love to experiment with brow products, and this one is another experiment! The color I got is in Medium (CP672) because that was the lightest they had but I'm sure one shade lighter would be the perfect one!
The application is easy, color is pretty good and I like the small brush. And it is actually waterproof.

TANAKO Cool Brow Eyebrow Mascara.
In that same store I found this brow mascara, liked the color, and decided to buy it. Apparently it is a Chinese brand...
The color is the lightest shade they have but I still have to try it and see how it goes.

Not from the same store but still makeup:

She Makeup lipstick.
In the color Watermelon (09) I usually fall for these type of colors! But yeah, it is a super pretty coral-ish shade. It is actually
very hydrating and lasts for a long time. Color is very pigmented and I gotta say the package looks pretty! I like the little hint of pink on it.

Seven Girl Faux Cils Papillon.
I'm not too picky when it comes to mascaras. As long as they are waterproof I'm happy but, I've noticed this one actualy adds some lenght to my lashes. And yeah, it is waterproof.

And that is pretty much it for now! I'm pretty excited to try all these products! Haha!
Until next time! xx ❤

Loving a natural "Sheer Beige"

Hello my darlings!
Currently on my nails is the L.A. Colors "Sheer Beige" (NP344) nail polish.
I wanted to find a super natural nail polish for a while now since I saw my friend Abrahel wearing a super pretty one from Kim Taylor. I haven't really looked for it yet but, I did saw this one and loved it right away. One coat will only give you a slight shine to your nails but 3 coats give this caramel-ish, pretty color. I'm in love ♥
There's something about wearing this really natural nail polishes that, I think, looks very classy and clean. I really feel like you can't go wrong with this type of colors. And, as usual, I applies a glittery polish on my ring finger to add that sparkly/princess-like feel to them... You know me~~~~

I'm still going to look for the Kim Taylor one, which is slightly pinky-ish so, I want it!!!

Candy Nails~

Hi there sweets!
This is what on my nails at the moment. After being so disappointed with the last nail polish I bought (Maybelline's Vintage Leather) I couldn't help to pick one when I went to TonyMoly. They had the cutest collection nail polish collection all in pastels. It is called TonyNail Cotton Candy.
At first I wanted the pastel pink but, they ran out of it~

So, I decided to buy the blue one. It is called "Shy Blue" (CD04) It is such a pretty shade of blue! But I know I will be buyin more of these too.
The durability has been great! It has an opaque finish and it works with 2 or 3 coats.

Then, when I came home from buying that one, my mom gave me a cute and very candy-like pastel pink polish from L.A. Colors (long time no buy!) It is called "Candy Sprinkles" (CNP541) and as its name says it, it has colorful glitter inside that look like little sprinkles. Somehow I'm glad I didn't bought the pink one.

And well, they look so cute together so, why not wearing them both?! Hehe.

My Simple Everyday Makeup.

Hello sweets!

Today I'm gonna show you my super simple everyday makeup. This one is especially for my sweet friend Jaydee.

As time goes by I feel like less is more when it comes to makeup, so I think this look would be easy to create if you're starting with makeup or if you don't feel like using too many products or tricky techniques.
This is what I usually do with my makeup for work, it also takes me only about 15 minutes to do it so, it is really a good option for those who have not much time in the mornings.

I've been obsessing over lip tints and gradient lips lately!

Here are the products I used:
♥ Garnier BB Cream. Skin Renew Miracle Skin Perfector. In "light/Medium". I have to say that this is /not/ my favorite BB Cream to use (not saying it's bad though) but after trying some Korean BB Creams, others just don't feel the same. I'm basically using this one to finish it. I would feel bad throwing it away if it still has product left. The coverage is good but the color is a bit too dark for my skin tone~

♥ Beauty Control Extra Help Concealer. In "light" My dad gave me a few of this a while ago and sadly I'm running out of this one and since I don't know where to find it, I'll have to try a new concealer. This one is very thick, that's why I use just a little of it. It's a really good concealer though.

♥ Etude House Baby Doll Puff. Aside from being really cute, beauty blenders help you to have a more natural finish when applying your foundation, concealer, etc.

♥ Meilaya Pressed Powder. This is a Chinese brand, don't know if it's well known or not but it works good for me.

♥ CoverGirl Brush

♥ Kiotis Colors Brow Pencil "coffee"

♥ Kiotis Brow gel

♥ L.A. Colors Eye liner "Deepest Brown"

♥ L.A. Colors Eye Liner (AE665) "White"

♥ TonyMoly Cats Wink Mascara

♥ L,A. Colors Simmering Loose Eyeshadow w/brush in (SE111) "Snow White"

♥ Blush in "Rose Silk"

♥ Maybelline New York Baby Lips. 30 "Peach Kiss" Since I always have very dry and chapped lips, I try to apply a lip balm before lipstick. It has a very neutral color. Baby Lips + Orange/Coralish lip tins = ♥ hehe,

♥ Etude House Color Pop Shine Tint. #03 "Vita Pop!"

I hope you guys liked this look, I'm leaving the video version down below for those who are not really into reading and feel more like watching.

This is also my first makeup related video ever! I'm not too sure how I feel about it though and I'm sorry for the bad audio~ I'm still learning a lot about editing. Hehe. What do you guys think?
