Dr. Jart+ Premium | BB Beauty Balm |

This mini BB cream is also a part of the Sephora Beauty CLUB along with the Cicapair cream. It comes with 5ml.

It's supposed to be a multi-action skincare + make-up + sunscreen (SPF 45). It is basically described as a multi-function product.

It's perfect for:

♡ Dryness

♡ Redness

♡ Lack of luminosity / uneven texture

♡ Acne / blemishes

♡ Loss of firmness / elasticity

According to the website, it is great for all skin types too.

The formula is super lightweight, and just like the cicapair, it has a slight herbal scent mixed with sunscreen.

The shade I have (because the box came with it) is "01 Light- Medium" but I don't think it's right for my skin tone. It gets better as the product sets on the skin tho.

It has a light to medium coverage, I've tried other BB creams that have better coverage but, it does even your skin tone, helps with redness and gives a nice, healthy glow to your face.

Skin without VS with BB cream. I didn't apply any concealer to see how much it covers. It does make a difference.

But even after applying it, I could still see blemishes

Durability was great tho, my skin looked great at the end of the day, even if I wore a mask at some point.

Even tho it is not a bad product, I've tried better. I don't think this would be my choice, especially because it isn't exactly cheap.

I'll continue using it cuz I don't want to waste it, maybe along with concealer or in a good skin day. Hehe.

I thought I should include a pic of the complete look that day because, I rarely do my makeup these days, hehe. X

💋 BissĂș Moisturizing Lipsticks | Review & Swatches |

BissĂș is a mexican brand with a big variety of makeup products, good quality and great prices. Even tho I've tried some of their products, I'm not super familiar with them. My bestie Ceci is tho and she included some of her products in my Advent Calendar last year.

I have to say I've liked what I've tried so far, even tho I haven't used them as much as I wanted, since I don't wear much makeup these days cuz my face is covered with a mask most of the time.

Still, I wanna talk about these babies!

They are the BissĂș Labial Humectante (moisturizing lipstick) and I got these 2 shades: #24  and #104. These are defo my favorite lipstick shades and they are perfect for an everyday look.

#24, a peachy, nude-ish type of color

#104 is a beautiful mauve pink.

They have ingredients such as jojoba and vitamin e, to keep the lips soft and moisturized the formula is not sticky or thick at all.

These lippies are pigmented and they apply evenly, but they are not super long lasting. Which doesn't mean the durability is not good, they never claimed to be 24h lippies. And it's not bad for what you pay.

There are many colors to choose from and they also have a matte line. Even tho I like matte lipsticks, they tend to set on my lip lines and I just don't like that. That is also something I liked about these ones, they don't set on my lip lines.

All in all they are great, especially if your looking for something nice and affordable. I'd defo get more colors and I really want to get the chance to use these babies a lot more.

Dr. Jart | Cicapair Derma Green Solution Tiger Grass Cream |

I've heard so many great things about Dr. Jart that I was very excited to finally try some of their products.

A couple of months ago (around November I think?) I bought the Sephora Beauty CLUB feat. 3 products from this Korean brand but I starting testing them this year.

The products in this box are: The Cicapair Derma Green Solution, Ceramidin Cream (which I'm also trying atm) and the Dr. Jart Premium BB Multi Action Skincare + Makeup.

Today we're going to focus on the Cicapair Derma Green Solution which is a color correcting cream. This one is a sample size with 10ml, it has SPF30 and other ingredients like centella asiatica and leaf water.

I was surprised to see the cream is actually green! Which makes sense because one of it's purpouses is to help with redness on the skin. The smell is a very strong herbal scent that goes away ones it sets on the skin.

You're supposed to apply this cream after your skin care, it'll work as sunscreen and as a good base. You have to warm the product with your fingers before applying on the skin, and then rub it gently to cover the whole face. It does look greenish at the beggining but the color changes to match your skin tone almost right away. I was impressed.

It is made for all skin types.

To actually see how it works, I've been using it as my only makeup, along with some concealer on my pimples and dark circles because my skin hasn't been the greatest lately. But I do think you can use it alone on good skin days. Even tho it is not a full coverage thing, it evens out your complexion and gives a very nice and natural glow to the skin. Plus, it doesn't feel thick or sticky.
I lasts througout the day, which is great.

Before: My skin with just skincare.
After: My face after using the Cicapair cream. It definitely looks more even.

My finished makeup using only the Cicapair cream and some concealer.

I really like this product and I'd love to buy a bigger version when I run out of it. Even tho I've been using it for a while, I still have a lot of product. A little goes a long way. It's like, a magic cream! Haha. Defo recommend it if you have the chance to try it.

Now I kinda want to try more products from this brand.

💋 Wet n Wild Mega Last High Shine | Review & Swatches |

Just when my posts were turning into food/drinks realted ones, I have another lipstick post. Sorry not sorry, hehe.

Thing is, I've been meaning to share it for a while now and for whatever reason it keeps getting postponed. It is the Wet n Wild Mega Last High Shine in a beautiful pink color called "Pinky Ring"

This line comes with 13 different shades with a creamy finish. They also have the matte versions which I believe also has 13 shades but the packaging is black.

It may be a little obvious but the first thing that attracted me to this product was the super cute presentation! It is a very simple all-white package with a transparent top on the lid that helps you to see the color and, the cute lips in rose gold.

The lippie is super creamy, buttery and easy to apply. According to the product's description, it contains murumuru butter, mango butter, sunflower seeds and watermelon seeds oils to help nourish and moisture your lips.

The application is smooth, easy and lightweight, you can build up the color but the product is pigmented enough to give you an even look with just one layer. It is also very long lasting, fragrance free and super affordable.

I've only tried a few products from Wet n Wild but my experience with them has been good. They have good quality and really affordable prices.

💋 Maikohan Silky Fit Lip Tint Essence | Review & Swatches |

Today we have the last product of the J-Beauty month. I have to say I really enjoyed sharing all these products with you all and I hope you did too. Having the oportunity of trying these goodies helped me to learn a lot more about Japanese beauty brands and their quality, it is as great as Korean products. I'm defo a fan now and I can't wait to find and try more of their products. Plus, they are super cute as well!!

This last product I'm gonna share is the SANA Japan Maikohan Silky Fit Lip Tint Essence, which is a semi-mate lip tint with a kind of velvety finish. The shade is "06 Sakuranbo" and it's a beautiful bright cherry pink.

As always, let's start with the packaging. It comes in a tube container that, in my opinion makes the application a little messy at the beginning because it's hard to control the amount of product that comes from the tube. It gets easier as you use it tho. It has a pretty flower print on the tube and the logo in gold. Simple but kinda elegant and pretty!

The lip tint has a very smooth and creamy texture that is new for me to find in a lip tint but, it's still very watery and not thick at all.

When the product dries, it has this soft velvety finish but the color remains as bright. It is super pigmented and long lasting.

Looking online it says that it is inspired by the Japanese "dye/blur" culture. I'm guessing is kind of like creating a blur, gradient look using your fingers. Both ways look really nice.

Having to wear a mask everytime I'm out makes it hard for me to wear liptick but, I can't wait to use it a lot more real soon.

Kate Deep Rose Shadow Embossed Rose Pattern Eyeshadow Palette | Review & Swatches |

Today we have another beautiful Japanese eyeshadow palette. And I mean beautiful not only because of the gorgeous rose pattern but also because of the colors and how beautifully they apply.  It's the Kanebo Japan Kate Deep Rose Shadow Embossed Rose Pattern Eyeshadow Palette (long name!) in "PK1", which is a 3 metallic color palette including brown, pink and light pink.

The presentation is really elegant, pretty and girly! When the package is closed, black lines define the rose design and the eyeshadows add the color to it.

It doesn't come with a mirror but it comes with a small sponge applicator.

The 3 colors are very pigmented and easy to blend. They are very long lasting too!

Like I've mentioned before, Japanese eyeshadows surprised me with their quality and pigmentation.

Kate Tokyo is a part of Kanebo, a leading producer of high-quality cosmetics and and skincare in Japan.

I think this palette is perfect for an everyday look. I've been really enjoying it.

KissMe Heroine Make Long & Curl Mascara

I don't blog much about mascaras because I'm not really picky with them, as long as they are waterproof, they work for me.
And that is why I will share this one, because it's not only waterproof... it is super waterproof! No joke.

It's the Heroine Make Long & Curl Mascara in "01 Jet" and I love it because it has strong manga vibes.

From what I've seen, it is a very popular product in Japan and I can see why! According to the internet, the mission of the company is: "Taking inspiration from the movies, Heroine Make set out to make women feel “beautiful at all times and undefeated by rain or shine, sweat or tears,” like real-life heroines of their own lives."

Somehow it makes me think of Detective Conan, even tho the character designs have nothing to do with it... hehe.

It comes in a very dark purple package with a very sublte glitter (the camera didn't catch it tho) and a silver pink-ish lid.

It has a curvy tip to reach the roots(?) of the lashes and elongate them. It also makes the application easier.

I don't usually curl my lashes and only apply one coat so, that's what you'll see here today. I do think it gives lenght to my lashes and holds them up even without proper curling. I'm sure you can get wow-lashes with more than one coat.

Eyes after one coat

I've been really enjoying this mascara, it looks great all day long and it doesn't smudge. The only down side to it is that it is super duper hard to remove. I saw somewhere they also have a mascara remover. I've tried oil based makeup removers and they make it a little easier.

Other than that, it is a great product.

excuse the weird lighting of the pics...
