First Halloween pressies of the year! 👻

We're starting the best month of the year with some halloween / witchy pressies that I wanted to share with you as a way to officially start the spooky season.

The first gifts I'm gonna show you are not that recent, I received them back in August but I was saving them for Halloween season because they are super witchy.

First we have this super cool notebook that looks a lot like the Hocus Pocus book. It is made of fake leather which gives it a creepier look, hehe. Also, the brooch thingy is super cool. The pages inside are from recycled paper. I just love it so much! I think it'll make a perfect Halloween decoration piece but I also want to find a good way to use it. Any ideas?

Next is a silver moon charm. I think it gives strong witch vibes. The small ball thingy next to it kinda reminds me of a pendulum. They both glow in the dark.

Then, we have this purple "Hocus pocus" sign. For some reason I imagined it in my kitchen as soon as I received it so, it is now part of my kitchen halloween decor. I recevied this sign along with the trays last month.

Lastly, I received these 2 Nightmare before Christmas trays. Recently, Prichos came out with a very cute Nightmare before Christmas collection. I usually love classic Halloween colors and super creepy stuff but, for some reason, I love how they used pastel colors this time, hehe.

They are not that big but, they are perfect to put some snacks, cookies, small break in a very spooky yet cute way.

Back to school pressies!

My Summer break is officially coming to an end. It always feels like it's just not long enough hehe. These past few weeks I've had some meetings and trainings so, it's been exhausting! 

I wanted to share this with you because I think it was such a sweet detail and, it made my day.

I don't think I've talked about this in here but, I love my English coordinator. I started working with her last year and she's just great, she's a great guide and support and and you just learn a lot from her. To welcome us to the new school year, she prepared this type of basket (more like a tray) full of goodies for all the english teachers. I didn't check what the others received but, I really liked what she gave me. She didn't only include things we could use at work but also personal, cute things.

This is the basket she gave us last year. I didn't share it here but it had some tea, hand cream, stationery and other goodies.

This year my basket was super personalized, everything is pink! Hehe. She told me she picked the items thinking about the things I'd like.

Let's take a look at the goodies!

This is how the tray looked when I received it.

Flor de la paz chamomile tea. It is an organic tea and it's perfect for a very needed relaxing afternoon. Especially with this rainy weather.

She chose strawberry Tic Tac for me because, they were pink, haha. But, they are also my favs.

"Pink Paradise" Sensa Zen Dreams body mist. It's a sweet but floral scent with great durability.

For stationery, I recevied a pink Sharpie, cute paper clips and post it labels.

She also included some cute accessories!

This is defo one of my fav items here, a vitamin E Moist Lip Plump by Saniye.

Harajuku Lovers Lil' Angel mini perfume. It smells delish and it has the cutest size! Perfect to carry around with you.

Mini hand sanitizer wipes. They are always very helpful.

Bailey's chocolate and a cute badge that says: "The future is now"

And of course, the bin/tray thingy. It's a plastic pink one. I'm sure I'll use it for some organization around the house.

And there you have it guys, my back to schoo pressie. My brain is not ready to fully go back to work yet but, I don't have another choice, hehe. Someone's gotta pay those bills.

Birthday Pressies 2023

June is here, half year is already gone and, just like that, I celebrated another birthday. Being a year older doesn't make me too happy but, I did have a very happy birthday weekend celebrating with my friends and family. I'm glad to have people around me who, in a way, remind me that age is just a number.

Anyway, as every year, I'm going to show you the pressies I receive this year. They are not going to be in a particular order and I won't go into much detail cuz I might share some of them in separate posts. So, let's do this!

I'm going to start with my cakes, they're too cute not to show:

The Blast cake was a chocolate cake by Chez Moi Reposteria and the pink, sakura one was a pancake like cake, filled with blueberries made by my sister. 

Now, let's move on to the non-edible pressies~

Dusty rose backpack. It is a medium backpack that comes with a small pouch and many compartments. I really love the color, especially because most of my bags are light pink. I think i'll be able to carry a lot in it.

Husbandos! We have a pretty cool Sasuke figure from S.H.Figuarts, he comes with different faces and hand positions to make different poses. Also, a super cute Tomioka Charamaru Mascot Badge. He's adorable!

Nana manga volumes 10, 11 and 12 ♡

I decided to put these goodies together in one pic. We have nail polish, a cute pink eraser and, some anime stickers.

Since I moved, I love to receive things for my house. I wanted these holographic glasses for a while now and I finally got them. They are really big and very 90s!

The holographic glasses also came with this organization baskets in pink.

As for clothes and accessories, I receive this funny yet cute tee that says: "At least my cat loves me", a really nice watch and super adorable bunny earrings.

I rarely receive flowers so, it's exciting everytime I do. This baby bouquet of gardenias smelled soooo good!

Some yummies! We all know food, especially desserts and sweets, can always make me happy.

Some pressies from my students. They also gave me cookies but, I couldn't take a pic, we ate them all.

❅ My Christmas Pressies 2022 ❅

I have to say I'm very proud of the Elf on the shelf I made~ hehe.

Here comes my annual Christmas pressies post. We all know I love to make these so, here we are. There might be some things missing tho, cuz I already ate some of the candies or cookies that came with them.

I'm gonna start with the ones I receive at work.

This was the set of pressies I received from the language center. My boss always spoil us. This year she gave us Tequila Don Julio, Turin chocolate, cookies and a nice, personalized tumbler thingy. 

This hand-painted notebook was from one of my fav sudents (maybe I shouldn't say that...hehe. 😅) They are made by ByValdwin.

From left to right: The bracelet was a pressie from my English coordinator. She's the sweetest. The X-mas cup was from a student. It's funny cu it's the first time I've seen my name spelled like that! It's still cute hehe. And the last one is a St. Genéve honey and aloe hand soap from another student. I think I mentioned this before but, since I moved to the apartment, I loooove receiving things for my house.

Lastly we have a bottle of wine. My school always goes for Don simon but, they usually go for the pink one, which I like. This time they decided to go for white wine. Still pretty good. 

Now, let's move on to the ones from my friends and family. 

We're gonna start with some yummies!! Cookies and coffee meringue. 

How cute are these cat paw socks? Plus, they are super soft and warm. Along with the socks, I received these adorable strawberry earrings from Yupilukines

And, we have more candy! The Navi Esfera from Ricolino is filled with different candy, the crocodile is from a Kinder Surprise I ate almost as soon as I received it and then we have my Katsuragi Misato keychain/charm thingy that I'm absolutely in love with. Dunno where to put it yet tho.

This is a pretty fun addition to my Sailor Moon collection. It is a lego type of thing to make this cute Sailor Moon in a mug. It comes with many small pieces and the instructions. I'll share a post when I finish putting it together.

Bunnies + pink + sakura = Mon! Haha. This adorable mug has everything I love in one.

Mom gave me this pink hiking king of boots. I've already wore them a couple of times (that's why they are a little dirty, hehe) and they are really comfy.

I couldn't take a better pic of this one because, it is too big! But, my dad bought this super soft and warm blanket earlier this year so, he left his x-mas pressie. It'll always be a very special one.

Grandpa gave me these Santa socks along with some money but, I haven't bought anything yet (weird, I know).

Stainless steel bracelet!

It's funny because mom gave me this sweater and I gave her the same one but it a different color. We just loved them!
